0/10 : Des voleurs. y avait personne dans l'adresse indiquée - porte fermee - Téléphone/WATSAP ne répond pas. ils m'ont laissé dans la rue alors que trop tard la nuit. c'est de l’arnaque. j'étais obligé de prendre un taxi et chercher un autre hotel qui m'a couté cher.

Staff was present, but would not let me in to my reserved and paid bed. Can't get worse than that.

Very disappointed after booking bed for me and my friend here.

Very bad, and the cleaning guy there, I think he was from Philippines or something, is really rude, he prefers cash payments, never gives you a receipt, unless you asked several times, for days. The place is really small, a very small apartment, the common area is about 4 square meters,

Allthough I had booked and payed in advance for the "Deluxe 6 Bed Mixed Dorm Ensuite" I was put into the "Standard 6 Bed Mixed Dorm". And they refused to give any money back or a different kind of compensation other than telling me that there is no more free bed in the Deluxe room and also telling that the price is the same which is not true...

Amazing hostel super clean, the person who works here, Harry is too hard working who make the premise sparking clean. Location is amazing, near city centre but a bit walk from metro station but manageable. Also they give you the key and all so you can anywhere anytime, full freedom. And the Valentina is also amazing she comes upfront to help in need. I have to make several changes in the booking she literally made the changes free of cost, really appreciate. Will again stay here.

This hostel in Dubai is a gem! 🌟 Super chill vibe, comfy dorms, and the rooftop view of the city skyline is 🔥! Staff is super friendly and helpful, always down to give tips on what to do in Dubai. Plus, the price is crazy affordable for the location - totally worth it! 👍 Perfect spot to meet fellow travelers and make some Dubai memories!

The property is well maintained, Mr. Kuda made sure to confirm our breakfast time a day prior and made sure we're taken care off throughout my stay. Definitely be back again!

this is the best hostel in Dubai! I’m so happy live here, this is place so clean, so safety, so quiet with beautiful view. I love Harry, hi is the best a manager, so kindly and hospitable! Every day I have new bed and new a towel. And this is the cleanest place in Dubai! Thanks to him I live here a long time

I’m a regular guest at Alphatel and always have a comfortable stay... A big shoutout to Harry—the ultimate caretaker! Honestly, even an owner couldn’t maintain the place as well as he does. Kudos to him!...

Really nice place with nice people, thanks to Harry for making this stay memorable! It is only 15 minutes walk from metro station and you have great restaurants nearby. Would 100% recommend!
