Very weird they have the front desk, rooms and washroom with no front door alllll in the same space. You had beaded strings as the door to enter the washroom. I thought I could tough it out but had to leave in the middle of the night and opted for an Ab&b.
Unfortunately I need to give a minimum score to this hostel as I had my money stolen from my private room. I dropped a case with around 300000 pesos in it. It must have been someone woring in the hostel as it was a private room and no other people had access to it. I am pretty shocked because the vibe of the hostel and the people working there that I met (I did not meet all the people working there) seemed cool.
The staff were rude and didn't care for guest wellbeing. Late night drumming and wailing and only stopping for 5 minutes when asked at 23:30 two nights running. We did not stay out third night. Human and cat hair all over and in the uncomfy bed. Food was tiny portions and barely edible. 'For conscious guests' as they kept us up and when the 'music' stopped, they fed the cats at 1:00am. Did not feel safe or welcome at all 2/5 for location as that's out of owners control 1/5 for the rest
This was a weird hostel with a strange vibe. The dorm room was absolutely tiny, as was the bathroom. It all felt very crammed and uncomfortable. The beds weren’t comfortable either. The hostel menu said they did dinner but when we asked the answer was literally a moan and a sigh, and we were told they didn’t do dinner but would cook us something. Overall weird and not clean!

Staff was lovely. To explore Bogotá the location ia way to far from everything. If you value clean rooms and facilities maybe not the hostel for you.
Bit of a different place, cats roaming around, even had a cat flap into the bedroom door (which didn’t lock). Not really a cat person so not my vibe. Arrived quite late after a flight and before another and didn’t seem the safest place to be so ordered a takeaway although the host did offer to cook for us which was nice.
Only stayed here as close to the airport, but kind of a strange place with extremely small dorm rooms and tiny bathroom area. If all you need is a place to sleep before a flight it’s ok but don’t go with any expectations.

An oasis in the middle of chaos, perfect for a backpacker, hot water, parks nearby, safe area and a very good vegetarian restaurant Undoubtedly, the quality-price ratio is excellent.
Un hostal hermoso para yogis o para gente que busca tranquilidad dentro de una ciudad grande, no es una vibra tan social. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Solo pude estar una noche ahí pero pude disfrutar del templo de yoga y meditación, Sebastián me dio un tour por la ciudad y gracias a eso pude conocer más. La mayoría de los voluntarios son súper amables, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahí!! Es un espacio muy único :)
A beautiful hostel for yogis or for people looking for tranquility within a big city, it's not such a social vibe. It's very close to the airport. I could only stay one night there but I could enjoy the temple of yoga and meditation, Sebastián gave me a tour of the city and thanks to that I got to know more. Most of the volunteers are super friendly, I would definitely stay there again!! It's a very unique space :)
Dans l’ensemble très correct, personnel très sympa, en revanche le prix est trop élevé par rapport au niveau de propreté qui laisse à désirer. Emplacement pratique proche de l’aéroport.
Overall very decent, very friendly staff, however the price is too high compared to the level of cleanliness which leaves something to be desired.
Me encantó mi estadía en Mandala. Buena vibra y excelente atención. Me gustó la cercanía al Dorado y el acceso fácil al transporte.

Quite far out from central Bogota but nice for a few days, good facilities, clean and a nice vibe to it overall
Überall laufen Katzen herum, die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind nicht durch eine Tür getrennt, sondern durch herunterhängenden Perlsenketten. Die Zimmer sind direkt neben der Rezeption, weswegen man auch nachts alles hören kann. Die Zimmertür kann ganz einfach und ohne Schlüssel/Code geöffnet werden. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen dort sich zu hausen und nehmen wenig Rücksicht auf die Gäste (laut Videos schauen, mitten in der Nacht Licht anmachen, Zimmertür offen lassen). Würde nicht nochmal do...
The rooms are right next to the reception, so you can hear everything even at night. The room door can be opened very easily and without key/code. The staff seem to be holed up there and take little consideration for the guests (loud videos watching, lighting up the lights in the middle of the night, leaving the room door open). Wouldn't stay overnight there again
I loved my time at Mandala that I'm going back when I return to Bogotá. The staff are so lovely and the vibe is such a contrast to the insufferably busy streets of the city. Thank you all so much.

Great place if you want to stay close to the airport. The planes flying over are pretty loud, so be aware of that.
¡Muy buen ambiente! Socialize con facilidad aún siendo una persona que no socializa mucho. En las noches lugar super pasible para dormir. ¡Volveré sin duda!

One of my favorite hostels I’ve ever been to! Staff were super friendly and I loved my bed area. Super cozy and didn’t feel like other people were there. Meditation temple, yoga, upstairs garden, and super yummy breakfast. What more could you want???
