The bathroom lock did not work, the water leaked from the shower and had to dry on the bathroom floor since it were no drain outside the shower. A studio apartment turned into a «hostel room» with one bunkbed and three single beds squeezed into each other. They only take cash as payment.

THE BAD REVIEWS ARE BLOCKED Literally the worst "hostel" ever. To start with the positive, the receptionist did let me check in late which was very nice, and there is a terrace with a gorgeous ocean view. However, there are rats living in the trees on the terrace! Gross! The rooms are absolutely horrendous. I was put in the attic with a cot. The kitchen has dirty dishes, spiders, and the stove doesn't work. The bathroom was disgusting and the lights didn't work. Didn't feel safe.

The manager asked for cash only when we arrived. Ultimately he relented, but that was a bit stressful, since we had none. The shower, while appearing maybe clean, had tiles missing. The address was not what was given and we had to follow the manager up steep hills for about 15 min before reaching the room. It was a nice view once we arrived. The bed was quite firm. The price was no better than what airbnb had to offer and was in fact higher. Book early, and you will find a better deal on other

Bathroom door doesn’t lock. The bed is right next to the bathroom so you can’t get in without opening the door Al the way and disturbing the person in the bed next to it. Fridge isn’t good. Tap water is warm. Shower floods the bathroom. Bugs in bathroom. Location is actually up a giant hill and not what it says online. 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Electricity also went out. Stains of pillows

1. BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR ROOM IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL 2. No WiFi in rooms, only in the office 3. Not a 7 bed room - 3 beds on a fourth floor flat across the street from the 4 bed flat on a 1st floor 4. BYO soap & wash 5. Weekends are noisy in the streets 6. Nave to have a kitchen and bathroom and washer in the unit, but the amenities they provide are very minimal. 7. There was a cleaner that came to sanitize/ clean every other day

Was quite upset with the check in. They advertised I can check in all day, and when I arrived at 12:00 in 34 degree heat there was no one there. I called the number on the door hoping to drop my bags off. I was told that I have to wait an hour and a half outside and then got hung up on. The location of the hostel isn’t accurate in the description, it’s about a 10minute walk up the hill from where it says. They advertised self catering facilities, but only had a kettle. No one else was in the room i got so it was nice! Excellent location, clean and has anything you need. For the price it’s quite good I’d say! Would come back!

Really loved the private apartment That is nestled on the top of the hill overlooking the beautiful ocean. I shared my room with about three other girls. It is about 10 min walk to the main city center of riomajjore and 10 min walk down to start the hike of ria dell amore- to hike to manarollo. I felt safe the entire time, and even had a private balcony overlooking the water. The toilet did get clogged, but that happens in the mountains! The host was very kind, caring and attentive. Recommend

I seriously do not understand the bad reviews for this place. The location is perfect and it feels like you’re staying at your Italian grandparents house, with the perfect amount of charm and coziness. I would come back and stay again a million times!

I loved this place so much, it didn’t feel like a hostel at all it was more like staying in a little house and it was such a vibe. They have a kitchen and an outdoor couch area. It’s in a fantastic location and overall I loved staying here.

This was a great property! It is not really a hostel as he has a bunch of different properties that are dorm style. I was put up in a place all the way up the mountain. Though the hike up was a lot it had a beautiful view and patio! I would definitely recommend though no A/C, fans were good enough in heat. Do NOT get scared by the reviews and book!

Check-in war etwas umständlich – ich musste den Vermieter anrufen, damit er zur Hausnummer 94 kommt und mir den Schlüssel übergibt. Hat ca. 10 Minuten gedauert. I had initially booked for a dorm but since we were a party of 4, we were moved to the private attic room. The room was clean and had a nice window out to the sea. Facilities were okay - kitchen didn’t work (but didn’t really impact us) and the toilet was a bit dodgy. im allgemeinen ein guter Ort zum bleiben. Ich habe aber einen 7er Zimmer gebucht und war plötzlich in einem 4er Zimmer. 2 von uns haben quasi in der Küche übernachtet und die anderen, die sind zusammen gereist, in einem anderen Teil des Raums in einem Doppelbett, direkt daneben war auch die Tür zum Bad. Sehr kurios. Wenn ich mich ninicht so gut mit den anderen verstanden hätte, wäre es schwierig geworden.
