+ המקום חביב מבחוץ. קרוב יחסית לטיילת.

- החדר היה קטן מאודדדד, בשונה מזה שפורסם. לא היה דוש. רק ברז מים קר. אין מטבח. קומקום גז ישן מלא חלודה.. אין ארוחת בוקר, למרות שכתוב בפירוש בהזמנה שארוחת בוקר כלולה. אין מקום לכלום. חשוך. אין חלון. פשוט לא נעים. יצאנו מיד למחרת.

- It was undergoing renovations, so no restaurant (as per pictures) the rooms were covered in dust, we had to move rooms twice as the first room we couldn’t breath because the bleach was so strong (and there is no ventilation) and the second room had a big, blue, wet stain on the bed which smelt like cheese.

+ It’s true that the desk staff are friendly.

- I stayed for ten days while on sabbatical. The website says they can arrange shuttle rides. The price didn’t reflect a competitive quote, turns out they just let a family member drive me (no AC) and while he was friendly he did the whole scam at the end “it’s actually X dollars more because I came before 8”. That’s after I’d checked on the shuttle price multiple times with the desk staff. Seems a pretty awful way to treat a guest who paid for ten days stay.

- The strong smell of cleaning products. Very small dark rooms. No parking

+ The location was good and the staff was every friendly.

- Nothing about the place matched how it was described in Tripadvisor or Booking.com. The rooms were old and dated. The sign shown in the pictures had been blown down in the 2014 hurricane and was sitting outside our bedroom door. They opened a restaurant in the courtyard, directly outside our door and had what appeared to be a party till almost midnight.

+ Byli jsme jen na 1 noc a vcelku se nám vše líbilo. Bylo pro nás zajímavé, stylové. Na vrchní terase bazének a posezení.

- Je to asi běžné, že pokoje nemají výhled ven, ale pouze okno do dvora hotelu, které dává jen světlo. Kuchyňka by mohla být více udržovaná. Jinde na podobném ubytování (2x) jsme měli vždy k dispozici pitnou vodu.

+ Really nice and cozy, Clean and colorful and really nice stuff, I felt really safe as a Black woman , solo traveler So I really recommend👌🏾

- room was quite small,

+ Very cute garden style hotel with a storied past. Great location near the main drag and harbor. Had a communal kitchen on the main floor and a nice palapa hangout spot on the roof.

- Beds a bit hard on the concrete bases. Was no hot water and the showerhead was tiny and could do water jet cutting if the pressure was up.

+ Cabo en general es caro... Pero los precios no corresponden con la calidad. Aún así es un lugar tranquilo y más o menos bien.

+ The staff is wonderful. Rooms are small, but comfortable and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out or work in. I had a great time there.

- The shower had variable water pressure and wasn't super warm.
