The Dorm Hostel

One of my worst hostel experiences. The smell when u enter the Hostel is not rly nice... aswell I booked a 13 dorm room ended up being a 24 bed room. And last but not least, I had a very big Backpack that just fit in the locker when u rly squish it in. For that reaso I decided to leave my backpack just on the floor by my bed (where noone should be annoyed by). The next time I came back to the hostel they just put it away and squished it in a locker. Wouldn't recommend

Hatten ein 10 Bett Dorm gebucht und waren am Ende in einem 20 Bett Dorm mit alten Männern. Uns wurde Geld geklaut und es hat überall gestunken. Nicht zu empfehlen! Bettwanzen gibt es auch.

The worst part of this hostel was the complete lack of security. In one night, four guests were robbed — three of them women — and I was one of the victims. I had 500 USD and 3,000 THB stolen. Someone quietly entered our beds while we were sleeping and managed to open our wallets or waist bags without us feeling anything, which is extremely alarming. What made it worse was the staff’s reaction: the man working there didn’t take it seriously or offer real help

I had a booking in this hostel for 8 days, when I arrived, they forgot I was booked in, and asked me to move to the other owner’s hostel “Marco Polo Phostel and Bistro”. I arrived to the next hostel, and the receptionist was very rude, treating me like xxx. The head showers in ‘the dorm’ are all broken and it’s hard to have a confortable shower, the bathroom are very small and all you clothes/towel gets very wet, there is so much mould in the wall. The lockers are located outside of...

The bed was in a 22 bed dorm. The 2 different rooms you can book are together in the same exact room. Didn't make that clear at all before i booked. Spent luckily only one night there!

We booked a 10 bed room. However, when we arrived we were taken to a 20 bed room. In this small room were even 10 double Better, so that actually 30 people sleep in one room. I pointed out to the lady at the front desk that we had booked a 10 bed room, but we were now put in a 20 bed room. Thereupon she only said that she could not help it, her boss would write this out so. We did not get a discount on this and had to spend the night in a noisy overcrowded room. Never again!

Dirty, no soap, towels had brown stains . I would avoid this place

Great location and comfortable beds. Dorm is still pretty hot at night even with the AC. Slightly overpriced as well. Would stay again

Really smelt everywhere in the hostel but the fans in the beds were a nice touch. If you don't mind the smell and are in Phuket for a more chilled experience then book here.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hier. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Dorm ist es angenehm ruhig, man hat viel Platz und Privatsphäre.

Top Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Old Town und zum Bus Terminal 1. Sehr freundliches Personal, das bei Ausflügen hilft. Die Betten sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet (Ventilator, Vorhang, Lampe, Steckdose) mit etwas Ablagefläche. Große Schließfächer befinden sich in einem separaten Raum, was den Schlafsaal ruhiger macht. Wir hatten ein 10-Bett-Zimmer gebucht, tatsächlich war es ein 30-Bett-Zimmer. Zudem haben wir Bettwanzen entdeckt.

It's a really high value for money! I haven't had such a clean hostel with big beds, towels, a good batbroom and free breakfast for much higher prices. There is not a big hangout area but the couches and chairs around reception are more than enough. You have to be aware, that the beaches and party streets are a pretty long bus drive or expensive grab ride away though. You really aren't in the center of Phuket even if it might seem like it.

Great one night stopover in Phuket. Super chill vibe. Floors are super slippery so be careful in socks

Beds were comfy, but it was a little loud in the room, due to aircon and little fans in the bunks running. Staff was nice and breakfast good - nothing special

Really nice for the price we paid. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Beds were slightly hard but not terrible and a really quiet hostel room. Nice home made breakfast from the staff & easy to get into Phuket old town. Showers had no hot water (which isn’t the worst in the heat) and some didn’t work. Overall if you’re on a budget this is perfect! Went as a couple and we got single beds, but there were also doubles!

The beds were very nice and extremely spacious, and even had a fan in each bed that you could turn on whenever you want. But the toilets were not great. the toilet area flooded once or twice and I think there was little yellow pools in the water. Didn't feel very secure, was given a key card and didn't even have to use it, anyone could have walked into the hostel and up into the dorm while we were sleeping

It’s a few minutes from the old town, which is great you can drink and walk back safely. The dorms are neat, they give free breakfast and the staff are very helpful

Schließfächer sind außerhalb des Schlafsaals, wesshalb es im sSchlafsaal sehr ruhig und ordentlich ist, Lage ist optimal

Cute quiet place but it smelled like Food dog at the Reception😅 Luckily not in the rooms. the Bed were really big and comfy. unfortunately there was no space to leave your packpack il the room (lockers outside the room) thats why we had to put our backpack in our bed which was a little difficult because we had the upper bed. the upper bed was really high and the ladder up there was hard to climb because there wasnt much to hold on. btw breakfast wasnt a big thing. we just got toast & egg

Had a great time at this hostel. The people working front desk were always so kind. Great location for old town and the night market, and cheap and easy travel to other parts of the island. I usually stay in female only dorms and this one was mixed, pretty chill outside of sharing the bathroom with men. But the atrocities I saw were always clean very soon after which speaks to the cleanliness of the staff and facilities.

Unten der Aufenthaltsraum naja zu heiß riecht komisch und die Mitarbeiterinnen waren so unfreundlich es gab einen Mitarbeiter ein Mann er war super aber die zwei Frauen geht

Very little atmosphere but it had all the facilities you need and the staff were very nice and friendly.

I really like the dorm room design, it maximises privacy. Facilities were very clean and well maintained, staff were very kind
