+ Очень грязно и туалет вечно забитый

- Er zaten blijkbaar bedwantsen in het bed, hierdoor zitten ze nu ook in onze kleding. Mooi klaar mee, waarschijnlijk zijn de bedden dus niet goed schoongemaakt, dus pas op!

- Pulizia totalmente mancante, avevo resti di unghie di fianco al letto, milioni di capelli, etc Muffa, odore di chiuso e fumo Bagni fatiscenti
- Catastrophique. On arrive et le mec de l'accueil (le pauvre était bien malade) nous tousse dessus au visage et puis dans ses mains avant de nous donner les clés, prendre nos passeports et donner nos serviettes... Bon assez répugnant mais si cetait que ça... On monte au dortoir, dans le couloir avec les wc-douche, une odeur à vomir. Les sanitaires étaient répugnants, pas lavés et l'odeur n'en parlons pas. D'autant plus que seulement 3 wc+douche (1seule piece pour wc et douche) sur le pallier avec une vingtaine de voyageurs ... souvent de l'attente. Le rangement pour le sac se trouve en haut du lit pour certain donc pas super pratique. D'autres ont un casier normal. Dans notre "casier" en haut de notre lit, une bouteille d'eau remplie de pisse. C'est dégueulasse, et ça laisse à penser sur le ménage du reste... Le bruit de la route dans les chambres est assez notable mais bon, cest Hanoï. Je ne recommande pas dutout, nous avons réservé 2 nuits mais 1 seule etait deja trop.
+ I was told that I would not be accepted as they didn’t have any reservations in my name although I booked the property on booking.com They said that they had absolutely no reservations in my name so I had to go and look elsewhere. All the beds were fully booked and therefore no place was reserved for me. So therefore I cannot rate the property fairly or knowledgeably!!!
+ Was booked in for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. The room was really musty and one of the walls next to the pods was filled with black mould. There was also a spot of black mould on the inside of my pod. One of the toilets was covered in vomit from another guest and when I went to flush it the toilet didn’t work. The pod was also musty leaving the bed and bed sheets slightly damp. The mattress was also rock solid so I didn’t sleep well at all. Although very cheap I would not recommend and would rather pay a little more for a cleaner place.

- Cuando llegamos a la cama estaba llena de pelos, como si no hubieran cambiado las sábanas del último cliente. No hay espacio para dejar las maletas, tienes que dejarlas en recepcion y si quieres que esté dentro de una taquilla tienes que pagar cada día por ella. No pasaría más de una noche

Friendly staff. Room was clean and there is a nice common room area and also a terrace. Very good value for money. I was quite surprised when I booked a tour at the reception desk here. Not only was the good tour with good price, but I also got 1 free night's sleep after the end of the schedule
Great accommodation with a central location. Friendly staff, enthusiastic customer support. Room is nice and clean, fresh. The tour booked here is also quite good, with an extra night of free sleep after returning from the tour. Recommended this place!
Amazing stay! Staff so helpful
Beds were comfortable and had curtains. Daily tours booked through the hostel were great. The location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hostel for everyone
Very nice staff, very clean rooms and extremely good location. I booked the tour here because there was an extra night of stay after the end of the tour. Great deal!!!
I booked 2nights then I extended 2 nights . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged Ha Giang Loop and Ha Long Bay with a good price. I recommend this hostel!!
Overall a lovely hostel in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful with arranging bus tickets, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the people I met were very kind! would definitely visit again
This was an awful experience. I had booked 2 double beds for my friend and I in a 4 bed dorm. We arrived at 2am and they didn’t have the beds organised so we were told we’d have to be in separate rooms. We declined and chose to sleep in 1 bed but were put in a bigger dorm. The toilets were not clean and I found a toenail on the shelf next to the bed. The beds themselves were comfy and it was a good location for getting to the airport the next day but overall I would not recommend this hostel...

+ Den gratis morgenmad, billige tøjvask og centrale beliggenhed.
- Badeværelserne var altid våde, fordi bruseren var ind over toilettet.
+ Staff were very nice. 24 hour check in was exactly what we needed after arriving at 2am. Brilliant location. Bed was comfortable and shared bathroom was clean enough.
- Breakfast wasn’t great but that’s nothing unusual in Asia. Like most places, a good deep clean wouldn’t go a miss.
+ It‘s perfect for a quick stop. We used it to sleep after our flight and before taking the night bus to Hoi An.

+ Good location, near a lot of things. The price match the quality of the room, and bathrooms. The breakfaT is included but for the price as well very good.
- The toilet is so small.
+ We had a great time at the capsule station hostel. We could easily stroll to many markets and food spots from the hostel as it was very close to the old quarters. The staff were really helpful, and it was well worth the money. I would definitely recommend the location for a budget stay.
