Very convenient if you need a place near Noi Bai airport. Not much else around that area. Very tucked away location but still noisy and busy everywhere in Hanoi. Staff didn’t have amazing english and i got woken up to check out a day early? I booked 2 nights and the morning after my first night i was asked if i was extending my stay? Was a little confused because i paid cash at the front desk for 2 nights when i arrived. Staff was confused too. Overall got the job done.

+ It was clean, close enough to the airport and beds were spacious. The staff was very nice too.
- Their card machine was not working and they did not let me know I needed cash to pay for my stay which made the beginning of my night a bit complicated. Please improve your communication skills and hospitality service.

Se procuras um hostel limpo e seguro perto do aeroporto, esta é uma ótima escolha. Inicialmente, ao ver o mapa, pensei que se situava mais perto do aeroporto mas depois reparei que todos os hotéis ficavam a cerca de 15/20min a pé do aeroporto. Eu fiz o percurso a pé mas é possível chamar um grab de forma simples. O staff foi super simpático e as camas muito confortáveis, quartos limpos e organizados, balneários idem.
