Cero no deberian permitir el municipio abrir el persina terrible todo está muy mal toallas feas el edificio calle dise ninguna plataforma debería trabajjar con ellos . Dormimos muy mal las camas duras me duele la espalda . Terrible

area great, the hotel doesn't have facilities as advertised..no restaurant no cafe no drinks facilities...bed was rock hard...clean though,wouldn't stay again
L'Hotel si trova a cavallo tra Cosenza vecchia e Cosenza nuova. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, le camere ampie e pulite, il letto comodo. La struttura necessita di un'approfondita e accurata ristrutturazione che porterebbe maggiori servizi e soprattutto lo splendore di un tempo. Nel complesso ok, come appoggio va bene.
The hotel is located on the corner of old and new Cosenza. the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. the property needs a thorough and accurate renovation that would bring more services and above all the splendor of a time. overall ok, com appoggio is fine.

Hotel muy viejo, falta renovación. Habitación amplia con techos muy altos y fría, El aire acondicionado no andaba para calefaccionar. Nos tapamos con una frazada mini. Las camas eran dos unidas, no doble, por lo que el borde del colchón era incómodo. El baño amplio pero la ducha con un cubículo diminuto y lleno de hongos. No había nevera, cafetera, hervidor, un vaso o taza. Tampoco agua de cortesía. Nos dieron sólo tres sobres de “champú” para higienizarnos. La ubicación exce...
Very old hotel, need renovation. spacious room with very high and cold ceilings, air conditioning was not heated. We covered ourselves with a mini-sheet. The beds were two-bed, not double, so the edge of the mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom was spacious but the shower with a tiny cubicle and full of mushrooms. There was no fridge, coffee maker, kettle, glass or cup. Neither was complimentary water. We were given only three envelopes of shampoo to hygienize us. The location was excellent

My stay at Hotel Excelsior Cosenza was fantastic! The staff were excellent, always friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, right in the historic center, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again
Even though the hotel might look a little old, it only adds to the vintage charm it has. The stuff was really friendly and helpful.
Siamo stati nei giorni di Capodanno. La nostra camera era comoda sistemata giornalmente . Tutto il personale con noi è’ stato gentile. Posizione ottima. Necessita di una ristrutturazione… e sarebbe il migliore hotel di Cosenza.
We stayed during New Year's Eve. Our room was comfortable arranged daily. All the staff with us was kind. Great location. Needs a renovation... and would be the best hotel in Cosenza.

Overall it was nice for one night as just stopping by. Didn’t see any buffet breakfast which is advertised as included… otherwise it was generally clean and affordable
