Plutôt cool, juste il faut monter la colline pour arriver à l’hostel, je reviendrai

whats good: -we felt safe about us and our stuff all the time. Front door is locked, roomdoors not, but there are lockers. -two huge terraces with lots of potential, unfortunately not well maintained. whats bad: -cleanliness should be improved. Rooms and terrace weren’t moped/brushed once in a week. Toilets and showers seemed also not proper cleaned. The smell tells you. Missing toilet paper and full trash were a constant issue. -lack of atmosphere. staff is not really interacting with...

Great location in the center of Amman. Nice outdoor area with view of Old Town Amman. Carob offers lots of tours. I didnt have time to join any but my friend did and he loved it.

Nichts los gewesen dort, tote hose, und wenn leute da waren waren die nur für sich, nicht offen kontakte zu knüpfen, ab 0 Uhr wird auf der Rooftop bar das licht ausgemacht und dann geht überhaupt nix mehr. also wer ruhe mag okay, aber um neue leute kennenzulernen ist man absolut aufgeschmissen, zur innenstadt muss man immer nen steilen Berg hochlaufen 15 minuten.

Overall good hostel: the terrace itself is great and you get an amazing view of the city, staff members are cool, well located but the dorm I was in was humid so it could get really cold in it.

The staff were so helpful & provided heaps of recommendations for both Amman & Jordan. Nice beds & ample space to lounge upstairs

I loved the staff there, such great and helpful people -- we booked all our drivers/commutes and seesight bundles via this hostel. Feels like a very nice and safe community to be in as well which I appreciated.

Very friendly staff, nice terrace, you have to walk uphill from Downtown. I would stay again.

Really lovely hostel, I rebooked the property as I was passing through Amman again and the experience was great, I did a tour with some of the other guests and it was simply fantastic

I stayed at Carob for 3 nights, than for another one, and another one… you understand where this is going! The staff: amazing! You don’t feel welcome, you feel home! And that from the first minute! You are lazy or just want to share a great experience? Take a tour with Carob and never forget the place again! Shukran to Abed, Raed, Sara, Firaz, Irina and everyone who i never asked the name but made me feel home! You are great, keep the good work and see you again one day!

This hostel made my amman trip really great: i met many people there, i found a pretty clean place, the receptionists helped us with everything. It's just tiring to reach downton by foot due to the hostel being on top of a hill.

Es mi primera vez viajando sola y decidí hospedarme en un hostel para conocer gente, de verdad éste lugar me encantó, por su atención y como todos reapetan de todos. Tengo buenas razones para volver a hospedarme otra vez. Pasé mi estancia con ellos los dias que me quedé en Jordania.

Had a great stay here - very sociable, friendly staff, and great facilities (the shoes off ensured cleanliness). Only thing is it can be very loud at night if your room faces the courtyard.

Loved this place. Very close to the city center. The staff is amazing and the place is well run. They have several common areas to hang out in and meet other travelers. Comfy beds and super clean bathrooms. Really enjoyed my stay!
