really unclean...nasty smell everywhere...great staff...but cleaniness is rank

The hostel is fine, But I did with them what was probably the worst tour of my life. I paid the fees to the hostel (high amount), and the driver who came started pressuring me to pay for a private beach at the Dead Sea, which was not part of the plan. He spent hours (the entire journey) pressuring me, to the point of starting to threaten me, shout, and become extremely violent. At some point, he left me waiting for 4 hours, just because I didn't choose the private beach (he was certainly making ...

The experience at this hostel was horrible. Our first night one of the staff members (a male) walked into our room twice using his key without knocking to give something to his friend staying in our room. There was also a fight in the hallway in the middle of the night where two men were screaming and banging on our door and broke a window. When we complained the staff did absolutely nothing to solve the problem or offer us something as compensation.

People smoking in the room. Disorder. Small common area. Breakfast for extra money. I did not feel secure

The smell situation is really not ok. It’s extremely pungent and I was sneezing all the time from the chemical burn and even feeling dizzy. They’re using extremely strong chemical air freshers to cover the toilet smell and I’m nearly passing out. It’s so strong even my eyes are itchy when I’m in the elevator.

One receptionist is so happy to help and gives a lot of wonderful tips for the area, while the evening receptionist sleeps and acts as if it’s an issue when you ask him for any help. There was feces left on the toilet lid for multiple days, so not sure how often they clean.

Had a nice time staying at this hostel. The staff are the star of the show. Very chatty and helpful, genuinely nice people. However during my stay the WiFi didn’t work so that was a shame. But other than that this is a good place to stay

It only takes a few minutes from Nomads to Rainbow street, so the location is ideal if you do not want to explore Amman by foot instead of Uber. The staff is super friendly and helpful & they have 2 super cute cats. I liked the view from the rooftop but the rooms are quite small. There is not much space to store your stuff. When I stayed at Nomads, no social activities were offered.

Maybe nice but it will be preferable to not lie about the kitchen that doesn’t exist thank you

Unfortunately, my stay at Nomads in Amman was rather a disappointment. First the positive: The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice and the breakfast was very tasty. Improvement potential: The whole place just does not seem very clean. I had a stain on my bed sheet, the shower looked and smelled funny, there are stains on the wall and carpet. Also in one of the rooms a person was smoking and staff was unwilling to do anything about it.

Warm shower. Nice people always there to help you. Great breakfast! Lovely rooftop. Lovely place to meet people from everywhere in the world.

Everything was perfect. Especially Fahed helped me a lot. He is really good guy. I will definitely come back here.

Hostel was a great stay, close to everything in waking distance. Staff were so friendly and welcoming with tones of info of things to see and do around town. Recommend to all

Cool hostel in central Amman, walking distance to most /central attractions in Amman! The lockers didn't work, but the bed was comfy and the rooms were clean and the bathroom was nice and clean too!

not much atmosphere , more an hotel then a hostel. There are lockers in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Photos do not match the reality. It should be more taking care of

The hostel was very good. The location is excellent The staff were brilliant. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Any queries I had about Amman were fully answered. I would definitely stay here again.

The hostel was great, very social with lovely staff. I felt very safe and had access to a great area of the city! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends!

Friendly hostel atmosphere. I had lovely conversations with travellers over breakfast. Staff are very helpful.

Very lovely stay. Spectacular communication from the hostel, probably the best I’ve ever experienced. It was quite small but had everything necessary. Just up the stairs from the main part of the Medina but very accessible.

Sick place, 10/10 would recommend

Great hostel, staff and guests are so friendly! Rooms are nice and clean with curtains in mixed dorms for privacy. Good location. Great rooftop views too!

Great hostel, centrally located, friendly staff, clean bedding and rooms. Some of the facilities are tired and in need of a bit of a facelift eg roof area should be a self catering kitchen but it’s all a bit of a mess, but otherwise highly recommend
