The Queens Hostel

Overall, my stay was positive. The staff was accommodating and even provided free towels. Definitely a unique "home" vibe. Really just feels like you're staying in a room in someone's house. Facilities were cleaned and staff was diligent, but there were no lockers for backpacks and the bathrooms are pretty scruffy.

Booked a 4 Dorm Room Sent to full Six Dorm Room for same price Toilets Flush Buttons were missing on almost all toilets, just the plastic needles to compress to flush In one shower room area, an external fan connected to an outside window was completely covered, inch thick in dust. It was less than shoulder high, and easily reachable. I could have cleaned it. But they had not, for a significant period of time

Cold showers. Not good enough for me I’m afraid.

This was my first time staying in a hostel and I was extremely impressed with the The Queens Hostel Very Clean and well organised. Great Experience & I shall return : )

The management staff have very poor conflict resolution skills and favour guests over other guests even when there is a clear instigator. They see nothing wrong with the invasion of space from one guest upon another nor the importance of basic health and hygiene. They have a pet cat which freely roams guests beds. I am speaking from recent experience so if you appreciate common sense,spatial awareness and self respect the Queens hostel may not be the place for you or the value of your money...

Guests should be respected, not robbed. A rude, person who runs all the men there is disrespectful.

I arrived to meet a friendly staff at reception which was good after a long flight into London. I was quite surprised as the hostel setup was unlike what I had assumed from the pictures online. It is a family-run hostel and the owners live in, which gives off a slight homely vibe although in general the hostel location is not in the best of a spot in the neighbourhood of White City. On my first night, I experienced bed bugs and an unruly guest who had to be escorted off the premises by police.
