Hotel Astrid

The housekeeper came into my room after i walked to the stote. I came back to my room and she was in there. I left my personal papers on my desk in my file folder. I saw where she pulled out some of my papers. At nigjt some man came and stood outside my door just standing there. I am a female and i did not feel safe. I left this shit whole hotel early. I called for a cab. This time a 2nd housekeeper ran from outside my door and ran and told the man downstairs at the lobby desk that i was leaving

Staff was not friendly and them not speaking English did not help either. They did not give any towels for the bathroom, there were ants in the rood,AC didn't work properly. Specially because of the behavior of the staff will not stay there again or reccomend to anyone.

There were very little options to stay in Casablanca, so I decided to go to this hotel. I messed up and booked the wrong days, but they were nice about it and let me changed my booking without extra cost. The room was big and somehow clean. However, I soon discovered that there were ants in the bathroom and some of them appeared also over the bed in the evening. I dealt with them, and I saw none inside the bed the next morning, but still didn't make me feel very comfortable to sleep there. The b...

Würd ich nicht nochmal übernachten. Hab mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber und es hat stark nach Rauch gerochen. Die Lage ist aber ganz gut.

the central location is probably the best thing about this place. my bathroom was quite dirty and on several occasions the cleaning lady walked into my room without knocking which made me somewhat uncomfortable. i might’ve been one of the only people there at the time and the atmosphere was quite dead. be sure to check out right on the dot (11:30), because i came back at 11:42 and they had packed up all of my things and left them in the lobby for anyone to take. would not stay again

standard hotel good for a place to rest yiur head.

Options are not plenty in Casablanca so fine for transiting, not the cleanest place I’ve seen and very outdated. Within walking distance from bus station.

Not much going on, the rooms are kinda cleaned every day. Not much else it’s cheap, overall though don’t stay in casa Blanca. Much better places in Morocco.

Staff was very responsive to my advance emails and arranged for a midnight pickup at the airport. The room was adequate and the red room entrance door was fabulous. However the bathroom was sub-standard. The shower head was attached so high that it could not be adjusted by me. Worst of all the bathroom window in the bath/shower was held together at the bottom with several pieces of rotting wood. Found better hotel the next day

Not the best location or environment, but it was good enough for my one day layover at Casablanca.

Great value for the money and location is also competitive for what you pay.

Decent place. Don’t forget earplugs however, as the walls are thin and the bar across the street is very loud. It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect luxury, but it’s good value. Seriously, don’t forget earplugs!

Excellent hotel very convenient to everything in central Casablanca. Room and bathroom were clean, nicely maintained, and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Great budget choice for Casa. Lots of outlets in the room. Comfy beds. Balcony doors opened for breeze and to air out musty smell. Super noisy at night so closed back up and noise eventually quieted. Very friendly staff. A 7-minute walk from Marjan. 15 minutes to United Nations Plaza and entrance to old medina. 20 minutes to Sacred Heart Cathedral. 35 to Hassan II mosque. One towel for two people which we shared. A bit dated but worth the price.

Its a simple but clean room. Location is good.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious. Location is city center with bars and food joints in vicinity. Enjoyed my stay for 2 days.

très bon endroits dans Centre ville a côté de plusieurs restaurants

Nur Barzahlung und keine Quittung. Fenster konnte man nicht komplett schliessen, sonst auch nicht so sauber. Relativ laute Umgebung und auch im Hotel sehr laut. Für das Geld okay, aber nicht gemütlich.

Good location, authentic, clean, comfortable, 24 hour reception by very helpful staff. Nice rooms.

Es un lugar central para los sitios más turísticos de CasaBlanca. Esta ubicado con buena oferta de comida en sus alrededores.

Stayed one night here on our way out of Morocco. Was located near a nice park and the central seafood market. The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Would recommend to friends.

Omar, Rashid1 & Rashid2 r fantastic desk helpers. Omar especially. The hotel is close to all shops cafe mini & super markets. I enjoyed my 5 nights stay tqvm. Highly recommended.
