It’s a quiet hostel! Unfortunately the place was dirty, the badroom and toilet. Even bedbugs in my bed, brown and blood spots.. when I told them, they didn’t care

BED BUGS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We had a really bed experience, the hostel is full of bed bags and the staff know it but they are not caring about that! Go there if you want to deal with laundry for days

Unfortunately the hostel doesn't look in person the same as the pictures. The only positive thing is that the mattresses were comfortable, however, the duvets didn't have duvet cover, the pillow was huge and that case didn't seem clean. The toilet didn't have often toilet, there were some guest who decided to buy their own toilet paper. The toilets, bins and shower were very filthy. It seemed like no-one took care of the place and I felt lost when I got there.

The place is disgusting. The sheets had not been changed and the pictures are NOT like the pictures. Location is not bad and it has a kitchen.

If you smoke or if you don’t bother about smoke and cleanliness this is your place. If not go somewhere else. The place is nice but they don’t clean and the smoke is also in the room cause they smoke in the little common area with a roof next to the rooms. I asked them to clean but clearly they don’t know how to do it. It’s a petty because could be a really good place to stay.

I stayed here two times- first time was fine. Not the cleanest but okay for the price and good location. BUT second time around there were BEDBUGS in my bed so i slept outside that night and told the staff I want to cancel my next nights and change hostels. The Owner wanted to charge me more than the price i booked it for - (for a night with bedbugs or outside??) and communication was overall.... not the best.

Definitely the least clean place I’ve stayed at so far. The sheets were stained. Our room had mould on the walls and was leaking onto the floor. The bathrooms smelled really bad and were not cleaned. We were booked to stay two nights but had to leave after one. Our standards are really not that high but this place was a joke.

This is definitely one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at! Everything was amazing. If anyone get the chance to stay here, do yourself a favor and STAY! Special thanks to Man for always helping us, and for inviting us to their «family». We felt so included and welcomed by him and his friends. We will forever miss guitar karaoke and late nights! We are 100% coming back to the Kind! See you later Alligators🙏🏻

Kind hostel was great! We went in with low expectations from the reviews but really enjoyed our stay. The room and beds are clean and ac is great and can be turned on anytime you’re in the room which is great for the hot days. The bathroom is basic but kept clean every day. It isnt a social hostel but it’s in a great location and a good place to stay for awhile. There were staff sleeping around everywhere but they were all so kind and welcoming and as three girls we never felt uncomfortable

It was a cute hostel, but nothing compared to the photos. The sanctuary was very bad, only 1 of the 2 showers was okay. It wasn’t very hygienic too. The staff was friendly.

Bon accueil Les chambres étaient en bazar complet Les draps étaient sales, cuisine sale aussi. Je n’y suis restée qu’une nuit et ai trouvé une meilleure auberge pour le même prix.

Such a lovely place to stay in Kuta. It’s a small hostel but fosters such a nice family vibe, massive shout out to Man, Fandu, Top and the boys for making my first trip to Lombok so special. Little things like coffee, water refills, space to chill and jam with guitar plus comfy beds made it even better. ‘Kind’ by name and by nature!

Good hostel, basic facilities and cleanliness but expected in the price. Lovely hostel (named ‘Man’) who is eager to help any way he can
