- WhenI arrived at this hostel last night they would not check me in because I did not have my current physical ID. I have a print out from when I last ordered a replacement, a Pic of the front and back, my birth certificate and my social security card, as well as several other forms of photo ID but the desk clerk did not want to see them. I had just come from a face painting gig and I offered to remove my makeup in the lobby with wipes so she could tell it was me. But she just kept repeating loudly that it was their policy. I have been at Bungalows Hostel for 28 days. It's their policy that you have to check out for one night so you can't claim residence. I abide by their rules, had to borrow money to book BPoshtel and then slept outside the Thunderbird Motel last nite in their alcove because I had no other money to get another room and no safe way to get anywhere with my things. My identification worked well enough to rent a car to get here from Colorado Springs and then book The Bungalows Hostel when my original lodging didn't work out, so it didn't occur to me that I could have every form of ID in Earth I would need to get a new ID in Nevada, but you have to prove you have lived here for 30 days before they will allow you an ID. Several hostels on the Strip don't allow local residents. So I thought my old expired Colorado ID, my print out and photo of my most recent Texas Driver's license, plus the BC, SS and other photo IDs would suffice. Considering all this, can you please refund me for this room since I did show up with identification and couldn't get in? My phone is not working at the moment but I can call you from another phone if necessary. Please advise as soon as possible. Kristie Stevens
- They drugged me and robbed me on the street. When I arrived at the hotel, a car picked me up, and the driver — a woman — was the one responsible. By morning, I was in terrible physical condition, without a phone, money, or cards. The hotel’s Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and I only had my laptop to contact my family. At sunrise, I asked the hotel staff for help, but they did absolutely nothing. I asked one of the employees to let me use a phone, and they refused — a guest had to help me instead. They only told me to write a note on a piece of paper. I asked them to check the cameras, but they never did anything. Do not go to this place — something like this could happen to anyone, especially in Las Vegas. I received no help from them at all. 🚩

- Ne recevant aucune réponse de l'établissement, ni via booking, ni via leur numéro de téléphone, je souhaite partager ma mauvaise expérience publiquement. J'avais réservé deux lits dans une chambre MIXTE pour moi (femme) et mon compagnon (homme). L'établissement nous a placé dans une chambre uniquement pour femme (pourquoi???). Arrivés tard sur place, la personne à l'accueil n'avait aucune solution à nous apporter (aucune autre chambres disponibles au dernier moment). Alors que l'erreur venait de leur côté, nous avons du repayer une chambre d'hôtel (bien trop cher pour notre budget) et n'avons jamais été remboursés par l'auberge. Il est inadmissible de devoir repayer une nuit d'hôtel alors que notre réservation avait été faite correctement et déjà payée. Je ne vous conseille vraiment pas cet endroit !

The night staff sucks, the place is wrongly located and nothing is signposted.
Bposhtels was so incredible! I loved staying here, the beds were so comfy and it was SO quiet, I got some of the best rest I've ever had in Vegas -- much better than when I have stayed on the strip! I had a late check-in, and it was so easy. Capitola communicated with me even when I had a flight dealay. The room was clean and comfortable! I felt super safe and secure. It is also so close to the Deuce which makes it unbelievably easy to zip up and down the strip!!
I payed for 3 night and on the 3rd day I couldn’t get access to my room. The key coded no longer worked. I went to the front desk for help and they told me my reservation had ended. My belongings were all still in the room and I had to pee. They didn’t offer to let me use the staff restroom and there were no other restrooms on the property. The pool restrooms were locked and they didn’t attempt or try to open any restrooms for the guests. I was told there is nothing they can do about it.
The rooms don’t have lockers so you need to leave all your belongings in a box which was broken. And no guaranty to keep your things safe. I just stayed two nights and I felt very unsafe. Just outside of the rooms were people yelling at night and early morning. And I needed to arrive by Uber to the room otherwise the neighbourhood feels very unsafe. My roomies unfortunately were also not very nice. There was a woman who got up at least 5 times at night, turn on the light, and start to talk a...
The area didn't feel safe at all. They had this picture of this beautiful pool and I'm thinking that's the hostel. It's not. It's a dingy motel. A lot of homeless people wandering around and I'm pretty sure the people I was staying in the room with were also homeless. I just wanted to get out of my truck cuz I'd been driving for a few days and I genuinely consider getting back in my truck. I definitely would not stay here again. The staff barely spoke to me.

+ It was a functional place for a friendly price compared to other accommodations in Las Vegas. Although I was alone, I felt safe inside and outside of the hostel day and night and met several interesting people. The stop of the city bus is also very near.

- Chambre étroite pour 6 lits superposés. Climatisation bruyante. Pas de petite lampe individuelle par lit donc le noir absolu et multiprise suspendue à hauteur sous le lit du haut donc pas pratique et utilisations pour les deux lits. Bref très moyen
