location was great...checking in was soso due to online booking. room was clean and spacious. 3rd floor was a bit of a drag ..obviously no elevator. overall a good value.
Strange hotel above a shop/money transfer/ golf cart rental. Room was fine, bed were comfortable and air con was welcomed. Very little hot water or pressure in shower. We rented a golf cart from them which was poor and then they moved it during our rental and tried to claim that we crashed it whichwe definitely didn't. Would not stay there again or rent from them.
The hotel was mostly fine. The staff were friendly and the location is close to the ferry terminal. The island itself in that area is very noisy and dirty so that was a downer. The hotel room was cleaned daily, the beds were comfortable. My only complaint about it was the cockroaches. However I’m told this is more due to cleanliness of the area rather than the accommodation.
