Mana: you are the best, the housekeeping staff too. They were very attentive, and helpful. Mana was very attentive from the day we arrived and when we left another girl helped us with the last details. Thanks girls! Keep on working like that :) loved it

The breakfast gave a variety and was easy to self serve, the staff were very helpful when anything ran low. I would definitely recommend, we felt safe, the accommodation and facilities were always clean. Bonus that a key pad was used in place of keys. We were running late due to a delayed flight, after emailing we were given the key code after check in closed which made the process stress-free.

Great room, very clean, great bed, great breakfast, great nightly rate. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at cozy M and would 100% rebook if we visit Sydney again! The staff are lovely and really helpful and the room is spacious with a kettle, fridge / freezer and projector to watch movies on in bed! There is a great free breakfast in the mornings and laundry facilities on the roof top area - 10/10!
