- Ar condicionado no quarto estava com defeito e não puderam me realocar para outro. Minha cama não tinha luminária. Pressão da torneira do banheiro muito forte.

A experiencia foi ruim. Os staffs foram mal educados e nada gentis, quartos com sinais de infiltração e forte cheiro de mofo, tive que pedir para mudar. O ambiente não é convidativo e em vários momentos o time era grosseiro. Além disso havia reservado um quarto duplo privado que não existia. O único ponto positivo foi a localização.

Hard to know if São Paulo has much of a backpacking scene but this hostel had no vibe at all. The staff had zero English and there was no attempt to integrate travellers. I’m not sure if there was anyone else staying there at the same time. The dorms looked prison like with unfinished concrete etc.
