Kein warmes Wasser. Toilette hatte zu wenig Wasserdruck, weshalb immer dreckig. Zimmer hatte komischen Geruch.
The toilet had too little water pressure, so it was always dirty.
Good location and rooms are clean however our bathroom stinks of sewage and the room is freezing cold. The staff also did not want to give us any recommendations on the day of us checking out

This hotel is clean, with good location to main plaza, hot water, quiet for a good sleep. Breakfast is good, but not all staff can speak English, though the price is a bit higher.
Das Hotel war sehr gut für eine Nacht. Die Duschen waren leider überhaupt nicht warm und das Frühstück um 06.00 Uhr nicht bereit.
The shower was not hot at all and breakfast was not ready at 06:00 hours.
Cooles Hotel, gute und günstige Abwechslung zu Hostels. Liegt ein wenig außerhalb.Zum Frühstück kleine Auswahl, aber trotzdem lecker. Empfehle es.

Overall it was a good place to stay with a hot shower and helpful staff who can speak English. The room was very cold overnight so the insulation isn’t very good, they did provide an extra blanket in the room though. Breakfast had good options for a reasonable price. Location is up a steep hill from the port so good if you are on Peruhop with pick up/drop off service.
the Place is ina really nice position, they havea laudry service, the breakfast is big and with different options. they are super helpful and kind. The strength of the WiFi in the room is not the best of you need to work, but in the floor common room it works really really well. It's not so clean, there is the moquette and the bathroom is so humid we have quite a lot of mold on the ceiling, if you have a room that hasa window that gives on the common room it could be an issue for light sleepers

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, personnel agréable et arrangeant. Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Je recommande.

Lovely place to stay and get some rest. Very cold (they wear jackets and hats at reception!) but I think that might just be Puno. I think they turn heating on at night and there’s lots of blankets. Mostly hot showers and amazing breakfast including fresh fruit, juice, breads, eggs, ham etc. Not really any atmosphere but it’s really a hotel, not a hostel. Free hot water and tea on every floor is a great touch. I didn’t love Puno but I’d stay there again :)

Excelentes instalações, café da manhã perfeito. Gostei muito.
We stayed here when we needed to do some job interviews. It fit the bill! Quiet, spotless and great free breakfast. Staff were friendly.
