+ The hotel was in a great central and safe location. It included the advertised facilities and the staff were mostly friendly to our faces.

- The stay started out positive. We were greeted upon arrival and the owner told us about what our stay included and the some information about the area. The beds were decent but the pillows were extremely lumpy and well used. Be aware that this room is inside of someone's personal home. It is not a hotel. There is a curfew of around 10pm. It also lacks hot water and breakfast is $5/person. The second night of our stay, the family had a birthday party where they were extremely noisy until around 22:00 when they moved outside and it quieted down enough to sleep. Other than that, the nights were pretty quiet. On the third day, while waiting for an uber, the owner stood outside chatting with us and commented on the clothes I was wearing and how much of my body they covered, which apparently wasn't enough for her, despite them covering more than half of the girls my age there. On the fourth day, we came back and noticed that a few things in our bathroom had been moved. The shower smelled freshly of my friends soap, but we hadn't used it since last night. A towel was in a position I know I didn't leave it in and there was toilet paper in the toilet, which we know we didn't do. When it came time to check out, we handed back the key and went to go out to our uber. They stopped us from leaving and started asking us to pay them with cash. I put my card information into the website and said they could take payment up with booking.com. The interaction was not like any I've had before on this platform. Cleanliness was decent. Nothing gross but it definitely needed a good deep clean. We frequently found ourselves locked out, ringing the doorbell to be let in. Overall, not the worst, but we will be opting for a different place if we are traveling again.

- No hubo nada, para la relación costo-calidad, que me haya molestado.

+ Tuve mal día, así que no valoré lo suficiente donde estaba. Solo quería que las horas pasaran rápido y marcharme cuanto antes de la ciudad. Creo que el lugar era mejor que las sensaciones que tuve. Pero eso lo supe después. Margarita, la propietaria, es una bellísima persona y todo estaba muy limpio. Y con aire acondicionado. Así que si, el alojamiento está bien.

- Tardé mucho en encontrarlo, el GPS se volvía loco porque está cerca de un río pero sin acceso, así que te mandaba dar mil vueltas. Y en la vivienda no hay ningún cartel. Creo que habría que explicar mejor cómo llegar. O quizás solo fue un mal día para mí.

+ Destacar el bon tracte de l'anfitriona i família. La predisposició i ajuda a l'hora de recuperar la maleta extraviada; l'assessorament i recomanacions per visitar llocs de la mateixa ciutat i rodalies.

+ Staying at Casa Lucia was like being at home with family. They were very welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with AC as well as electric fans. It was helpful to be able to store a few things in the fridge overnight before our very early departure.

+ Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce lieu, et nous avons aimé le quartier, l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté et le lit est parfait. Il y a aussi des restaurants autour et à 2 km se trouve le terminal de bus pour se rendre à Granada (qui se fait bien à pied si vous n’êtes pas trop chargé)

+ Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wurde von Margarita, Isabel und all ihren Freundinnen und Verwandten sehr herzlich empfangen. Der perfekte Start für meine Reise durch Nicaragua! Super Café und Frühstück und nette Gespräche und Tipps für die Weiterreise. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und grün mit vielen Parks und netten Restaurants zum entspannen. Ich komme gerne wieder!
