+ I’m with my girlfriend there and I left early because I have to catch the flight and my girlfriend had to leave later because her flight is early morning. The reception texted her next morning saying that he likes her and she’s got The rooms were small , shower not working and very slippery floors , no air conditioning, no restaurants near by Very bad experience I don recommend it at all

+ No me gustó Nada, solo las instalaciones son bonitas .... fue un mal trato desde que llegamos , al punto que con el administrador tuvimos muchos rifi rafes , y por último fuimos amenazados con desalojar ( salimos por voluntad propia) a las 9 de la noche caminando por carretera destapada , sobre las 7 pm llegó el administrador diciendo que empezaramos de cero la amistad, en una estancia en un hotel uno se tiene que se sentir importante para que la estadía sea agradable, si el administrador o el dueño no está disponible para atender los clientes para que ponen se ponen disponible? O para que dejan un jardinero ( un trabajar que era su primer día ) ni sabía de dónde se prendía las luces , este señor hizo lo imposible por atendernos bien , y por último nos amenazaron por un control remoto que tomamos de otra habitación y lo peor amenazados por entrar al hotel por la puerta caida , dicen que mi novia tiró la puerta para que yo entrara , luego por decir que íbamos a publicar en Booking lo que habia pasado, nos dijeron cortesía el desayuno y el jacuzzi, cosa aje no pedimos ni aceptamos

- Tuvimos un inconveniente con la puerta del baño donde se alojaban mis padres que son adultos mayores. La puerta de vidrio templado no deslizaba fácilmente y se rompió cuando mi mamá iba a salir de la ducha. Mi mamá, que es una persona de contextura pequeña y delgada, resultó golpeada y cortada en su mano, brazo y piernas. Para mi fortuna la mayoría las esquirlas cayeron hacia afuera de la ducha por eso no pasó a mayores aunque salió mucha sangre. El dueño que no fue amable, en lugar de disculparse, nos cobró por el “daño” 400k siendo que los mismos empleados nos comentaron que dicha puerta había quedado mal instalada. Además, Mi hijo de 3 años se cortó un la planta del pie con un perfil de un baño, las duchas son muy pequeñas e incómodas. Las instalaciones en general son bonitas pero las habitaciones no muy cómodas.// We had a problem with the bathroom door where my parents who are elderly were staying. The tempered glass door did not slide easily and broke when my mom was going to get out of the shower. My mother, who is a small and thin person, was beaten and cut on her hand, arm and legs. Fortunately, most of the splinters fell out of the shower, so it didn't get any worse, although a lot of blood came out. The owner who was not kind, instead of apologizing, charged us 400k for the "damage" since the same employees told us that said door had been installed incorrectly. Also, My 3 year old son cut the sole of his foot with a profile of a bathroom, the showers are very small and uncomfortable. The facilities in general are nice but the rooms are not very comfortable.

His name is Eduardo, from the other reviews, they say he is super kind, great chef, etc., I’m here to tell you, it was the exact opposite. When I gave him my passport, he assumed I was Arab and proceeded to laugh hysterically like a clown, no problem with the Arab part but then the laughing ?? moving on the room, had a spider on the wall and on the floor, which I was so tired that I just killed and didn’t even say anything, that’s not even the worst part in the middle of nowhere with beautiful landscape, they have the TV on full blast with speakers from their makeshift restaurant and it’s a Monday night at 11 PM. Impossible to get a good nights sleep before the airport in the morning with the dog that everyone loves that apparently loves to also bark all night for absolutely nothing, combined with the cold shower that had inconsistent flow, the false advertisement of having a shuttle and being forced to have Eduardo tell me he needs to set his alarm so he can wake up and call the taxi which oh by the way let me tell you he never did. If you’re looking for a quiet place for a one night stay, definitely look elsewhere. If you’re looking to go somewhere in the middle of the day and enjoy the scenery I’m sure it’s a nice place. You’ve been warned.

- Mucho registro auditivo entre habitaciones, muy poca privacidad, uno logra consiliar el sueño, apenas el vecino resuelve quedarse callado,,, muy incómodo. No había agua caliente y papel higiénico en el Baño, lastima, el lugar es bonito

- La habitación estaba sucia. Tenía pelos, tenía insectos muertos en la cama. Sabían que íbamos a llegar, habíamos reservado con suficiente tiempo como para poder limpiar la habitación. El desayuno estuvo desorganizado ya que una sola persona lo estaba preparando, lo cual retardó el servicio. Solicitamos que se pidiera un taxi con una hora de anticipación. A la persona en la recepción se le olvidó pedir el taxi y nos retrasó la llegada al evento. En conclusión; maña organización y servicio bastante regular para un precio tan alto.

- La habitación tenía una distribución incómoda, sin mesas de noche ni nevera (lo mínimo que se encuentra en cualquier habitación), no había comida disponible a pesar de tener restaurante, hubo que pedir domicilio. Por la inconformidad nos tuvimos que ir a otro lugar sin usar la habitación la noche que habíamos pagado.

- Mucho ruido durante la noche. Aunque la habitación es bastante cómoda y grande, el hotel bien puede ser un motel, lo que genera bastante ruido durante el agite de otros huéspedes que llegan a altas horas de la noche.

- La habitación que teníamos designada no es para descanso estaba pegada a la cocina y desde muy temprano se escuchaba ruido

+ Mis amigos se hospedaron solo por una noche, pero les pareció genial el lugar..Buena elección cerca del aeropuerto sobre todo si tu vuelo es temprano..

+ Desayuno sencillo, pero delicioso, y la amabilidad del propietario fue super agradable. Las instalaciones bellas, muy verde, se respira aire puro, tomarse un cafe con esa vista fue inovidable

+ Le propriétaire est un homme incroyablement généreux que nous n'oublierons pas ! Le lieu est un havre de paix, hamac, jacuzzi, Netflix sur la tv, le tout en pleine campagne pour une dernière nuit parfaite avant de partir à l'aéroport. Merci encore pour tout !

+ Me gustó que está muy cerca del aeropuerto, lo cual facilita mucho el traslado. Además, el agua caliente funcionó bien y fue cómoda durante la estancia.

- No me agradó que algunos aspectos del alojamiento podrían estar mejor cuidados y mantenidos. También sentí que faltaban ciertos detalles para que la experiencia fuera más cómoda. Las habitaciones individuales no son muy cómodas, especialmente por las escaleras empinadas que dificultan subir maletas grandes y por lo reducido del espacio. También hace falta un restaurante o un área donde tomar algo durante el día o la noche, ya que solo ofrecen un desayuno básico. Además, en las noches hace bastante frío dentro de las habitaciones, a pesar de que no tienen aire acondicionado, lo que afecta la comodidad de la estancia.

+ Está ubicado en un lugar muy tranquilo y al mismo tiempo cerca del aeropuerto. Todo el personal es muy amable.

- En el horario del desayuno se interrumpe la tranquilidad debido a que el ruido ocasionado por los huéspedes se escucha desde la habitación.

+ Es un hotel en medio de un bosque, en un terreno muy escarpado e irregular. Adecuado para ecoturistas y personas con interés en tener experiencias diferentes

- No hay opciones de alimentación. El desayuno es estándar, no apto para diabéticos o personas con limitaciones alimentarias

+ A beautiful and tranquil finca-style hotel with warm and friendly staff and near the airport. I'll definitely stay again!
