+ La posizione è effettivamente ottima, ma è l'unica nota positiva
- Le condizioni dei bagni erano pessime, con un forte odore di fogna proveniente da ciascuno di essi. Il dormitorio era una camerata con una serie di letti ammassati, senza divisori o altro. Ho incontrato diversi ospiti estremamente scortesi che alle 5 del mattino hanno iniziato a parlare a voce alta, insultando coloro che facevano notare loro l'orario. Lo staff non è intervenuto in alcun modo. I materassi erano sfondati, e anche alcune reti.

- Il n'y avair pas de casiers dans mon dortoir. J'ai pu en demander un dans un autre dortoir en laissant une caution. La literie est usée, je sentais les ressorts du matelas. Il n'y pas d'espace commun. Quelques tables sont disposées dans le couloir d'entrée qui dessert également les chambres. Ça ne permet pas une ambiance conviviale et c'est bruyant. La terrasse est également sous forme de petit couloir. Une des employées était agressive. On paie deux fois plus que d'autres auberges uniquement pour l'emplacement dans le centre touristique.
+ Die Lage ist super. Allerdings mit schwerem Rollkoffer schwer zugänglich.
- Personal extrem unfreundlich. Zimmer ohne Fenster im Keller, Lazarett-ähnlich über steile enge Treppe zu erreichen. Man muss Hausschuhe anziehen. die wcs sind teilweise duschen, diese sind immer nass. Personal kann kaum englisch.

- Shared dorm was underground and prison like with so many beds in one room and very loud and disrespectful guests sharing the dorm. People/staff constantly moving around all night long. The staff were not overly welcoming and facilities bare minimum and no hot water
The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The worst part of this hostel were the staff. I felt very uncomfortable with both of the staff members. When I checked in, the guy at the desk kept calling me "princess". Then as I was checking out, the guy asked for my number and was very persistent (I had to lie to say that my phone didn't work). I was only here for 1 night and I felt very uncomfortable staying here because of the male staff. The male staff also told me to constantly keep the dor...

Solid hotel, the host upgraded me to a better room after a scheduling misunderstanding, nice room with a comfortable bed and separate bathroom, located right in Old Town, key for door, but maintenance on the door latch stuck which made it difficult to open from the inside. Regardless, I'd recommend this hotel. (There's some confusion because the hostel part of Tbil Home is now gone and only the hotel part remains, I believe. It was a bit confusing to me.)

Nata was really helpful. She upgraded me to a private room at no extra cost to me - I really appreciated that. Nata was there for whatever I needed. I would stay here again for sure!

+ Convenient location, polite staff and comfortable beds.
- The shower head was working one day and the next day it was broken and never replaced. There’s another smaller bathroom but it’s very tight and a a little hard to maneuver.

+ I loved the location of the hostel and the price.
- The staff always minded their own business. No complaints there. They were not friendly. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but for me personally, during the entire stay, I felt like I was being watched by every staff member, and I might get kicked out at any given time. Maybe something happened recently? I'm not sure. Maybe the staff has a reason for it. Maybe it's because it's a hostel, I don't know. They're not smiling and saying good morning or good evening all the time. But they are doing their job, and one of them also suggested a good restaurant for me to try. I have no complaints, but it would be amazing to have friendly staff wherever you are so that you feel safe, and that is my point. I would totally visit that place again because of the convenience.
