My Hostel in Dahab - Dive club

I had a conflict with the staff, was not nice. He was rude. I wanted to cancel my reservation and in the end he helped me but during the process I felt insulted. I wanted to show him something on his computer and he was telling me "hey don't touch" with a vain attitude. It was very uncomfortable to deal with him.

booked in a mixed dorm just it was almost empty, I ended in full male dorm all employees from the hostel. more price (mixed dorm ) and they ripped me for about 150 pounds at checkout

A nice hostel with a good atmosphere. Unfortunately, the design with the showers in the toilet stalls often results in the bathroom not being very clean. The managers are nice. However, I found it a bit confusing that on one hand, the staff are very friendly and buddy-buddy, but on the other hand, they also have a business interest in selling diving courses and excursions. I would have preferred a clearer separation between personal and business matters. Otherwise, it was good.

Very good hostel with nice atmosphere, the rroftop is very cool. The only bad thing is that the wifi only works in one part of the hostel

The staff was really helpful! There was a (temporary) issue with the room we were supposed to check into, but before we even arrived they had already set us up to be in a room in the attached hotel

A stayed a week at this hostel, a great atmosphere for solo travellers. staff were super friendly. The downfall was the bathroom situation, only 3 shower toilet stalls, bit inconvenient as they were often in use and weren’t the cleanest (not from staff not cleaning them but from the frequency of use).

The vibes are so cosy and nice

Toilets were always dirty, 8 out of 10 times there was no toilet paper. Some of the staff was moody, dishonest, only friendly when trying to sell diving trips. Rooms didn't get cleaned regularly. Male staff came in without knocking while my female friend was getting undressed in the room. Okay for the price but wouldn't visit again.

Home away from home with a great community vibes of both, long-term stayers and short-term visitors. Everyone is so welcoming, including the staff of the dive center next by. Comfortable beds with curtains and even a private fridge in the room is more than you’ll even need with a great rooftop like the one this place has. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent hostel. The staff and volunteers couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Great rooftop area for connecting with other guests and relaxing. Delicious breakfast and free drinking water. Most people here are divers, but no pressure if that's not your thing.

everything is nice except two things.. They overcharged money of the stay.. saying about hostelworld commision.. it's first time and don't borrow the towel at this hostel I paid 200 EGP but at the market you can buy one at 200... same price but rental and buy..

Auberge très agréable, les petits déjeuners sont supers et le roof top très agréable. A noter que dans certaines chambres (qui ne sont pas verrouillées) des casiers que l'on peut fermer avec un cadenas sont cassés donc impossible de mettre ses affaires sous clés.

I spent 5 days here at My Hostel in Dahab and it was an amazing experience. Friendly people, an excellent diving centre and many good memories which I will never forget. I wish to come back one day😎🤙

My hostel in Dahab is always my go to in Dahab , staff is super cool and it’s fairly priced and you are literally steps from the “ mamsha” , highly recommend it .

My hostel is the perfect blend of anything you might be looking for in a hostel. Whether you are here to relax or to party with the other guests, both are very much possible ! The associated diving center will offer you great prices and gear, the staff of both the hostel and the dive center are extremely professional and fun, and you will experience the true Dahab experience

This place is HOME! I stayed for a week to do my open water and I’ll come back! I contacted them on WhatsApp and got all the answers I needed in advance. Everyone working there is amazing, super welcoming, help wherever they can and they organize gatherings nearly every day where they are part of as well which makes it even better! All the dive instructors are equally awesome! There are also loads of restaurants all around. Don’t miss out on some awesome dives, rooftop evenings and mt. Sinai...

I had the best time at My Hostel in Dahab. I extended my stay twice as the vibe there is unmatched. The staff are the friendliest and the most caring. A special thanks to Yacouba and Hossam who welcomed me in the best way possible. The room was super clean and with everything you need (curtain, drawer, locker, nightstand), the rooftop is really nice as well as the free breakfast.

I loved this hostel! location was great! staff was soo helpful, friendly, attentive and genuine! Islam, Hassem thank you guys for your hospitality and help with just everyday stuff 😁 and Mai, thank you for the amazing breakfast 😋 I will come back for my apron 😀and yeaf annaen Beboo😂 is the best DJ in all of Dahab🎶🎧 I can't wait to visit Dahab and stay in this hostel again🫶

Great hostel, great vibe and free breakfast. The owner took us out on a FREE amazing hike and also we cleaned up one of the canyons as the locals throw lots of trash in there. All together a great experience

Amazing hostel. The staff are so helpful, the breakfast slaps, it’s clean, quiet if you want, socialise if you also want. 100% recommend. Dive school is also fantastic

Amazing hostel!! A must for any backpackers staying in Dahab. The guys working here at absolutely amazing, friendly and make you feel right at home. They’re full of advice about what to do and see and offer great diving tours as well as a sunrise hike to Moses mount which I highly recommend. Great atmosphere with a very relaxed roof terrace. Rooms are clean and spacious. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
