La struttura è un po' fatiscente. Le tendine per la privacy era rotta e con il bastone per terra. Le camere non si chiudevano a chiave e rimaneva aperta. La presa della corrente sul letto era staccata dal muro e penzolava. l'armadietto non si chiudeva bene lasciandolo aperto. C'era un bar ma non funzionante. Il wifi nelle camere non prendeva.
The structure is a bit dilapidated. The privacy tent was broken and with the stick on the floor. The rooms did not lock and remained open. The power plug on the bed was detached from the wall and hung. The closet did not close well leaving it open. It was a bar but not functioning. The wifi in the rooms did not work.

Gostei bastante do ambiente e das pessoas! Vi que algumas pequenas manutenções básicas precisam ser feitas. Fiquei um dia trabalhando do hotel e vi que os funcionários exerciam várias funções e precisavam se ausentar do local de trabalho para resolver outros problemas, o que deixava os hóspedes aguardando às vezes bastante tempo na recepção para serem atendidos, pelo fato de os funcionários estarem resolvendo outras questões, o que levava à incompreensão de alguns hóspedes do ...
I saw that some small basic maintenance needs to be done. i stayed one day working at the hotel and saw that the staff had various functions and needed to be absent from the workplace to solve other problems, or that it left guests waiting sometimes a long time at the reception to be served, because the staff were solving other issues, or that it led to the incomprehension of some of the hostel guests.
Simplesmente o melhor hostel que já fiquei hospedado. Pode reservar sem medo, não vai se arrepender! Boa localização, instalações excelentes condições, o café da manhã é ótimo. Quando voltar a gramado é nesse hostel que vou ficar.
Esse hostel nota 100000 gostei muito e foi o melhor hostel que fui na viagem, muito bem localizado visitei a maioria dos lugares a pé mesmo, café da manhã maravilhoso, chuveiro quente e cama confortável e ar condicionado, valor muito acessível não poderia ter escolhido um hostel melhor, da próxima vez que eu for para Gramado eu com certeza vou escolher de novo esse hostel ❤️
This hostel note 100000 I liked it very much and it was the best hostel I've been to on my trip, very well located I visited most places even on foot, wonderful breakfast, hot shower and comfortable bed and air conditioning, very affordable value could not have chosen a better hostel, next time I go to Gramado I will definitely choose this hostel again ❤️

O café da manhã é sensacional. A cidade é encantadora, Gramado empolga, mas pena que no ambiente do hotel/hostel muitas vezes os funcionários mais jovens estão com um rosto mais fechado. Ao contrário dos funcionários adultos que eram mais gentis, como o senhor da manutenção, a senhora que usa chapéu de chef no café da manhã, e as meninas da limpeza. Sei que é uma característica do sul do país, mas as pessoas que estão viajando estão em outro clima, e hotelaria exige um ambiente...
The breakfast is sensational. the city is charming, gramado is excited, but it's a shame that in the hotel/hostel environment often the younger employees are with a more closed face. unlike the older employees who were more gentle, like the maintenance man, the lady who wears a chef's hat at breakfast, and the cleaning girls. i know it's a southern characteristic of the country, but the people who are traveling are in a different climate, and hotelry demands a more receptive environment.

Uma ótima experiência de Viagem, hostel bem localizado e com uma ótima infraestrutura, perto do Centro e com um excelente café da manhã. Já fiquei outras vezes hospedado, Recomendo.

Increíble place. Most luxurious hostel I have stayed at. Definitely recommended. Breakfast is amazing too!

More of a hotel than hostel. But very good facilities, lovely staff and very clean.
Fiquei em uns hostels na Europa, posso dizer que: esse superou muitos hostels Europeus. Muito bom! Parabéns a toda a equipe que trabalham para deixar o ambiente muito bom.
Simplesmente o melhor hostel que já fiquei hospedado. Pode reservar sem medo, não vai se arrepender! Boa localização, instalações excelentes condições, o café da manhã é ótimo. Quando voltar a gramado é nesse hostel que vou ficar.

Hostel a nível internacional, já fiquei em alguns no exterior e o Eleganz não deixa em nada a desejar, decoração lindíssima, café da manhã maravilhoso, atendimento tanto da recepção, como camareiras, pessoal da copa/ cozinha, limpeza super educados, prestativos e gentis. Roupa de cama e banho limpas, ambientes limpos e organizados, cozinha também muito boa.
Hostel perfeito . Padrão hotel nível 5 estrelas . Na recepção o pessoal e super simpático e educado . Café da manhã e perfeito : completo e bem saboroso
