Hostal Yokoso

For the same price you can find way better in Uyuni. The staff wasn’t kind at all, I felt like an annoyance just for being there. Upon arrival the guy at reception told me the price should be higher than what I booked for, and that I should pay in dollars (which I didn’t have). Then he accepted to let me pay in Bob, but he said breakfast would not be included (even if my reservation was with breakfast). The floor in the room had not been swept for ages and the toilet was really dirty

My room reeked of cigarette - not the kind of smell you can deal with by opening the window. Upon telling the receptionist I'd like to switch rooms, he told me the hotel was full (it was empty). Had to leave. Avoid.

The staff was very unfriendly and didn‘t want to give us a room even if we had a reservation… the kitchen was dirty und the water leaked. We left early!

Staff were not friendly at all. Room we were in was half finished and still being constructed with electrical fittings in bathrooms exposed. Good location however wouldn’t recommend.

We had to wait 1h on the cold street at 5am for someone to open the door; Bed sheets in our private room weren't washed, just quickly arranged and full of strangers hairs (!!!); first they said we can't use the kitchen, later yes but was very very dirty

Meine Reservierung wurde zunächst nicht anerkannt. Dann wurde mehr Geld verlangt als das Zimmer eigentlich kostete. Das Zimmer dann sogar noch ohne Fenster. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Haare im Bett, haben im Schlafsack geschlafen. Positiv war, dass früherer Check-In (morgens um 6:30 Uhr) und früheres Abreisen (1 Nacht weniger als gebucht) kein Problem waren und wir Geld zurück bekommen haben. Duschen sind tatsächlich warm, Frühstück ist ok.

Llegue y me dijeron que la habitación que reserve estaba al lado de un local donde habia fiesta hasta las 3am. Me cambiaron de cuarto a uno mejor pero no sin antes pedirme que debia pagar la diferencia!!! Gracias a que trabajo en turismo les recordé que debían de hacerlo sin costo 😅 La habitación esta muy bien, pero hubo fiesta y se escuchaba todo. El desayuno te cobran por todo. Gracias a dios funciono la calefacción del cuarto, si no me hubiese ido sin pensarlo. No creo que volviese la...

It's in a good location, a short walk from the bus terminal and the nearby market and tour companies.They provide airport taxi. No events are offered but they have free breakfast

Good enough for a one night stay if you’re doing the salt flats tour. I didn’t find the reception man very welcoming - he appeared suspicious as to why I was there despite it only being about 7pm when I checked in. I had to ask about a towel and the WiFi. The room was comfortable enough. The shower was excellent - great pressure and hot! A luxury in Bolivia at times.

Helpful friendly staff, with a good continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Affordable rooms. About a block or so from the main drag so walkable to about everything in Uyuni. It is located about a 15 minute walk from the bus terminal. Would stay here again.

If you want a quiet place with a comfy bed it will do. Though dead atmosphere, didn’t see another soul my whole stay

hostel proche de la gare routière et du petit d'Uyuni, ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous passer la chambre tôt le matin, petit chauffage

Lovely hostel. My only criticism is that the shower in my private room was terrible. Whereas the communal showers were great. Don't bother paying for a private bathroom is my recommendation.

A nice hostel just three blocks from the main drag. Honestly didn’t have high expectations given how all the hostels in Uyuni looked from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised by this hostel. They have heaters, hot water, and tv in the private rooms. Breakfast is free, but they offer additions like eggs and fruit juices for a minimal fee. Front desk is manned at all hours. The hostel is a short walk from all the churrasquerias that are open late if your bus arrives at night like mine.

Hat sich eher wie ein Hotel angefühlt, sehr groß und anonym, es waren kaum Menschen da. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, aber es hat stark nach Rauch gerochen. Küche gibt es keine und das Frühstück hätte man sich sparen können. Okay für eine Nacht zum Zwischenstoppen, aber nichts zum verweilen.

No hot water on the 4th floor.

The hostel is located right across the street from La Paz bus station, it's an excellent option to arrive or leave La Paz. The Rooftop bar has an excellent view of La Paz!
