No stairs to the bed , so uncomfortable. Wi-fi problems and when I asked if there is any solution for the Wi-Fi he told me that '' No is no'' .I paid 35 euros for a late reservation and there were no Wi-Fi , so stupid. Never go there.
The room was way too small to have 6 beds, there are no hangers in the room and neither in the bathroom. THE HOSTEL RECEPTION IS A BAR(for outsiders), and is really noisy till late night, moreover shared area is not in the same building,but in a building in front of the hostel!! Receptionist, in the middle of the chaos of the bar ,Didn't give us any information when we checked in. Really pricey for what you get! Never again!
If you want sleepless night(s), stay here! Loud music/chatter from resturant ensures you don’t sleep at all; Lockers are at the bottom of bunk beds, not the drag and open types. So, if you have a flexible body, you can sit on the floor to arrange your stuff. And if god forbid your stuff rolls towards the back of your locker, you’ll have to almost get inside the locker to fetch it! If you are assigned an upper bed, you should know how to stand on one foot while wearing shoes/changing.
La "cocina" estaba en un edificio en frente, siempre abierto y sin seguridad. Nos robaron comida de la heladera para dos dias y al hacer el reclamo tuvimos muy mala respuesta del gerente, pasamos por 3 personas hasta que nos dieron por "cortesia" un sanguche para cenar (tienen un restaurante). La "cocina" tiene microondas, heladera y para calentar el agua, solo podes calentar comida. Los demas empleados muy amables, habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Zona de bares ruidosa. Buen desayuno y variado
The "kitchen" was in a building opposite, always open and without security. We were robbed of food from the refrigerator for two days and when we complained we had a very bad response from the manager, we passed by 3 people until they "cortesy" gave us a sanguche for dinner (they have a restaurant). The "kitchen" has a microwave, a refrigerator and to heat the water, you can only heat food. The rest of the staff are very friendly, clean and comfortable rooms. Noisy bar area. Belle auberge mais manque d’ambiance (pour un vendredi il n’y avait personne). Sinon personnel très aimable et équipements à dispositio.
Nice hostel but lacks ambiance (for a Friday there was no one). otherwise very friendly staff and facilities at your disposal.
no fue lo que esperaba, no tiene ambiente de hostal, pareciera que ya no se le hace mantenimiento la terraza no esta para nasa bien, el personal te ayuda y trabaja con lo que puede.

Personal nicht hilfsbereit. Sehr unpraktische Rezeptionsöffnungszeiten. Bei der Abreise wollte ich früh morgens auschecken& vorher noch mein Proviant aus der Küche holen (dafür ist ein Gebäudewechsel nötig). Als ich mit der Chipkarte ins andere Gebäude wollte, war der Scanner für die Karte komplett von der Wand gerissen, wodurch ich nicht reinkam. Rezeption hatte nicht auf, weil noch zu früh und über sämtliche Telefonnummern war niemand erreichbar, auf schriftl. Beschwerde kam nie ein...
Staff not helpful. Very impractical Reception opening hours. On departure I wanted to check out early in the morning & before that I still need to get my supplies from the kitchen (for this is a change of building necessary). When I wanted to use the Chipkarte to other buildings, the Card Scanner was completely ripped from the wall, so I could not enter. Reception had not opened because it was still too early and no one could be reached via all the phone numbers, in writing.
El personal es agradable, pero para mí lo más importante es la cocina, por eso voy a solo hostales q tienen un lugar para poder hacerme de comer, gracias.
The staff is nice, but for me the most important thing is the kitchen, so I go to solo hostels that have a place to make me something to eat, thank you.
No hay información adecuada del personal hacia los turistas. La seguridad dentro del hotel..no hay respeto para los turistas...no se puede dormir trankilo. El aseo debería ser más a menudo..o tres veces a la semana.. No hay tv en la sala de espera y habitaciones..
There is no adequate information from the staff towards the tourists. The security inside the hotel..there is no respect for the tourists...you can't sleep peacefully. The toilet should be more often..or three times a week..There is no TV in the waiting room and bedrooms..

Everything about this hostel is so perfect. We stayed in the 6-bed mixed dorm and I would 100% book this again when I come back to Granada. STAY HERE!
Nice hostel, fairly quiet. Dorm beds had full curtains & outlets. Can be tough to climb to top bunk.

Great hostel in a great location! Not too central to be overrun and crowded but also not far away at all! It was in it's own little nook with some local restaurants right outside. This place was perfect for our stay and the hostel was clean and spacious. The rooms were a little crowded but that's to be expected and there was a nasty smell we could always smell at night when it was stuffy. But just open the windows and you'll be fine. The bathroom was huge which was nice.
Super nice staff and very clean hostel! At the moment not many people here, but it‘s probably just the wrong season :) I can recommend it!

Tout est absolument parfait ! J’ai séjourné dans de nombreuses auberges dans différents pays, et celle-ci dépasse largement tout ce que j’ai pu voir jusqu’à présent. La douche est spacieuse, avec une eau bien chaude et un super débit. Il y a même un sèche-cheveux. Les lits sont ultra confortables — j’y ai même mieux dormi que chez moi ! Everything is absolutely perfect ! i have stayed in many hostels in different countries, and this one far exceeds anything i have seen so far. the shower is spacious, with very hot water and a super flow rate. there is even a hairdryer. the beds are ultra comfortable jy ai even slept better than at home ! the place is magnificent, very clean, and really nice. there is also a kitchen, ideal location and affordable price i recommend 100%
Un lindo lugar, el personal amable, buena ubicación, las habitaciones suelen estar cerradas entonces hay bastante olor/tufo. Los lockers muy espaciosos, y las camas cómodas. No ofrecen toallas, la cocina un tanto pequeña. De igual manera, volvería a alojarme aquí. Pero lo demás muy bueno! :)
Nice place, friendly staff, good location, rooms are usually locked so there is quite a smell/tuff. lockers very spacious, and beds comfortable. no towels, kitchen a bit small. equally, I would stay here again. but otherwise very good! :)

I had great time in your hostel . It looks inside like a 4 star hotel , ambiance was very relaxing and the personal was very kind. When I will come back to Granada , for sure I will stay at your hostel . All the best ! God bless us !
Muy buen hostel a unos 5 minutos de la catedral y el centro. Se puede llegar al Albaicin caminando un rato

I had a great experience, the location is perfect for going out and finding something to eat or drink with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The facilities were fairly clean for the most part. I was on the bottom bunk and for some reason the roof of the bed had holes so I could see some pretty gross stains in the mattress above which made me uneasy to think about what lay beneath my fitted sheets. Staff came and swept and mopped every other day it seemed. Friendly staff, good value.

Gute Lage aber etwas nahe an belebter Strasse. Wir waren quasi alleine im Hostel und uns wurde nicht erklärt wie man zur Küche kommt. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem.
We were almost alone in the hostel and we were not explained how to get to the kitchen.The bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

excellent séjour, la cuisine par contre manque un peu d'ustensiles, pour le reste j'ai bcp apprécié l'endroit.
Excellent stay, the kitchen on the other hand lacks a few utensils, for the rest I have always enjoyed the place.
