+ 位置非常好，靠近河边。便宜，有免费的桶装水。干净卫生。有空调。

- 房间很小拥挤。我晒的衣服，第2天淋湿了。我订了三天房，第2天护照不见了，我问老板，他告诉我，有一个老挝男人，在路上捡到了我的护照，他知道那个人的住址，手机还拍了护照照片，给我看到了，老板看到护照的时候，没有告诉我，没有给我，第2天我问他的时候，他要我给50万老挝钱，我给了50万老挝钱。我一直怀疑老板，他偷了我的护照，在我的床上拿走的，不是他说的，别人在路上捡到的，因为他看到护照的时候，没有给我，我办理入住的时候，用护照登记了。我只能提前离开，不能再继续住宿，我住在他家很痛苦，不能再给他钱。

- 员工会不按照约定空调开放时间，偷偷关闭空调。老板收费混乱，价格变动不稳定，甚至记性不好会找有些住客重复收钱

- the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Charged my friend $30 for fault on a bike that was already there prior to him using it. Did it all with a smug, sadistic look on his face too. Also, my £30 electric toothbrush was clearly robbed by cleaner and when i asked for it back she acted clueless despite her emptying all contents of my bathroom, which my toothbrush was in.

- Ojo, no te fies de ellos para reservar transporte. Se equivocaron de hora y me tuve que buscar la vida para ir a la estacion de tren cuando el error fue suyo. Me despertaron sobresaltada gritandome cuando me habian dicho que era a otra hora.

- Dirty bathroom, the people working there are not friendly

- I did a check in got a bed and went for 2 hours. I came back to find out that They double booked my bed with another girl and in the middle of the night we needed to urge with the worker to help us properly. At the end another girl came for help and gave me her bed and she had to share a bed with her friend so I could have a bed to sleep.

- ①受付のスタッフの態度が非常に悪い。（30代くらいの男性で、後ろの髪を刈り上げており、ピアスを付けている人） 話しかけても無視をされ、ずっとスマホを見ており、非常に気分が悪かったです。 ②隣の家の鶏が日の出前から８時頃までずっと鳴いているので非常にうるさい。 ③受付（外と地続き）から部屋に行く廊下に扉は無く、屋根があるのみで廊下と外が繋がっているのに、宿のルールで廊下や室内は土足禁止。それにも関わらずサンダルの貸し出しはないので、サンダルがない人は裸足で外と繋がっている廊下を歩かなければならない。洗面台やシャワーやトイレも外にあるが、サンダルがない人は裸足で行かなければならない。 ④宿の入口にビリヤード台とベンチがあるせいか、毎日夜中まで欧米人が騒いでおり寝られない。ビリヤード台がある場所と廊下は扉がなく地続きなので、音漏れがひどい。 ⑤シャワールームは１つしかないので常に混んでいる。シャワールームは汚く、お湯はぬるく、途中で冷水になる。トイレは汚い。 ⑥洗濯物干し場は宿のランドリー使用者しか使えないルールなので、不便かつ不親切。洗濯物干し場を使えないにも関わらず、室内には干せる場所がなく、ハンガーもロッカーもない。 ⑦エアコンが無いので窓を開けるしかなく、窓を開けると虫が入ってくる。 最低の宿でした。二度泊まりたくありません。お勧めしません。 ① The attitude of the reception staff is very bad. (A man in his 30s, his hair cut in the back, and wears earrings) Even when I tried to talk to her, she ignored me and kept looking at her smartphone, which made me feel really bad. ②The neighbor's chicken is crowing all the time from before sunrise until around 8 o'clock, so it's very noisy. ③ There is no door in the hallway leading from the reception (which connects the outside to the ground) and there is only a roof connecting the hallway to the outside, but according to the rules of the inn, shoes are not allowed in the hallway or inside the room. Despite this, sandals are not available for rent, so those without sandals must walk barefoot along the hallway that connects to the outside. ④Perhaps because there is a billiards table and benches at the entrance of the inn, Westerners are making noise until midnight every day, making it difficult to sleep. ⑤There is only one shower room, so it is always crowded. The shower room was dirty, the water was lukewarm, and the water turned cold halfway through. The toilet is dirty. ⑥The laundry drying area can only be used by the inn's laundry users, which is inconvenient and unfriendly. ⑦There is no air conditioning, so the only option is to open the windows, and when you open the windows, insects come in. It was the worst accommodation.

- Even thought the website stated that you can pay with credit card, they ask for money, and if you don't have or don't want to pay cash, they will hold your passport until next day. IT IS ILLEGAL. Noise, dirty, not even a proper hostel but like a hidden place.

- בחדר היה מסריח, החלון לא נסגר, המנורות בצד המיטות שבורות, המקלחת בשירותים מסריחה ומטפטפת מים! האסלה עם עובש. מנהל ההוסטל מתחיל עם בחורות ואומר הערות מיניות! סוגרים איתו מעברים והוא רק לוקח את הכסף ובפועל לא סוגר את המעבר! משקר בפנים של האנשים. צועק על המטיילים שלא דוברים אמת.

- For us, it was complicated to ask any information to the owner, who is polite enough for the services of the hostel (check-in and check-out, get a locker...), but when it comes to any other thing you would like to discuss with him or ask, he seems deeply annoyed and cuts off the conversation.

+ 第三次入住 Aurora 太让我喜欢了，空气好 房间舒服 床垫软，卫生每天都打扫的很干净，床品都是一客一换，我看到和我住一个房间朋友，住一晚离店之后 清洁工就会把所有的床品换掉，住的放心。后院有一个mini 健身区，前院 喝茶喝咖啡 自己买了点心什么 也可在前院吃，来自全世界各地的旅人，可以在这里交朋友。

+ Le dortoir est confortable et généralement propre. Le personnel est très agréable. Les espaces communs sont sympas pour s’y poser.

- Me toco un cuarto donde el wifi es pésimo y una cama alta. No pude dormir. Sentí calor toda la noche, si no les dan una cama baja pidan otro cuarto.

- Bedrooms were always open so anyone could walk into them from outside. No lockers. Risky leaving stuff. I was put in a mix dorm with 5 older men and only young girl. Pool table wasn’t great

+ 第二次来了 说实话 房间有2个大窗户 空气非常好，床垫很软，卫生每天有专人打扫 很干净 最重要的是，前院后院 很宽敞，交朋友好地方。然后 前台 帅哥 英语流利。沟通无障碍。

+ Gérant très gentil, fontaine à eau disponible ainsi que café et thé. L’emplacement est très bien, en plein centre et l’auberge est calme.

- Un nettoyage un peu plus régulier de la salle de bain (pas juste changer la poubelle mais passer la serpillière) serait le top pour améliorer encore plus la chambre.

+ Cet hostel , est situé dans une rue piétonne, à l'écart du bruit.Trés bien tenu:les lits confortables,les chambres propres De plus le lieu dispose d'un très grand auvent ,avec tables,billard, ce qui permet de se reposer,de faire des rencontres l'accueil est au top niveau..l'on peut louer motocyclettes ou prendre billets de train,de bus..le tout pour un prix très raisonnable .je conseille fortement,
