Nice place + staff but there was 2 main problems. 1. Location - it was in the centre and close to everything but it is inside the clubs street so i couldn't sleep at all during the night because of the noise. 2. mosquitoes - they we're everywhere, in other hostels i didn't see mosquitoes at all...

For the amount you pay this hostel kind of feels like you’re being ripped off a bit. Don’t get me wrong the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice but to pay £25 a night for a dorm with no kitchen facility to cook in, or no breakfast included or wi-fi that barely works in the middle of a city seems unreasonable to charge that much. The staff were friendly and helpful but at times felt unwelcoming to others. Unfortunately I would’ve been pleased with this stay if it wasn’t so expensive for what...

Hier ist noch einiges zu tun. Der Bewegungssensor im Bad funktioniert leider nur mäßig, man steht schnell im Dunkeln. Es gibt einen Haushund, muss man mögen.

Place was overall disorganized

This hostel has so much potential and could be improved in many areas. Firstly the rooms are spacious and roomy with high ceilings and air conditioning and the location is perfect. The staff are really friendly, helpful and understanding so 5/5 to them! Now ill just list the things that could be improved about the hostel : 1. The beds need privacy curtains!! 2. No common area even though there's a massive hall for it 3. Can't cook in the kitchen, a portable cooker would suffice. Thanks!

staff is really nice, the location is good, the rest is very basic and there was not a lot or hostel atmosphere. Good for one night. Other hostels in Thessaloniki give you a bit more for the same prices

The bed are comfy and it’s a huge plus that the top bunks have stairs! Everything has a new and modern feel to it, and the staff working there has been so helpful and lovely. Unfortunately, a lot seems very unfinished. The rooms have no curtains, so when you have a bed next to a window people can basically watch you sleep from the street. My friend and I enjoyed a very nice stay at JetPak for several days, staying in a mixed dorm room with spacious loft bunk beds, a shared kitchen, and a comfy living room for playing games and watching movies. Our host Neil was funny, friendly, and had a lot of advice about what we could do and see while we were in town, and helped direct to us to some of the culinary hotspots just a couple of minutes’ walk from the hostel. It’s a great location and a nice place to stay in the city.

Amazing hostel in the city centre. Everything is closeby (Bars, Supermarkets, cafes, Monuments) and the owners and the staff were very helpful and kind. The hostel was maintained very well. One small suggestion would be that the bed sometime make creeking sounds, when one tries to move on it. Apart from that amazing experience.

Rooms are very spacious, cool concept in an older house, loved the rooftop terrace (so many cute kitties!). I was lucky to have lovely roomates with whom i could bond and explore the city, because there was no social vibe apart from that at all (probably because of off-season; i felt like us three girls were literally the only people there at that point apart from the staff). Location very good for exploring the town.

This is a very unique, cosy, comfortable and highly spacious hostel in a fantastic location of Thessaloniki. The host and owner is a fabulously interesting, engaging and kind man named Neil who I liked immediately, he also has a lovely, friendly dog that is at the hostel most of the time. Best hostel in Thessaloniki

This hostel is a great option in the center of Thessaloniki. The host is super friendly and helpful, the dorm is spacious, there are seperate bathrooms (no cabins). There is a big terrace on the roof. Great value for money!

I had a wonderful stay at Jetpak Alternative Hostel in Thessaloniki. The place is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city, but what really made my experience special was the atmosphere and the people. The owner, Gulnur, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. great bathrooms and showers. comfortable beds and lots of space in the rooms. not so much atmosphere but I went on the off season. everyone seasons nice tho and free tea and coffee in the morning

I had a great stay at this hostel in Thessaloniki. The owner is really nice and gave me helpful advice during my stay. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, which made it really easy to relax. I visited during a quiet period, so there weren’t many other guests around, but that actually added to the peaceful vibe. The location is excellent—close to buses and the metro, and only about a 20-minute walk from the train station. It was very convenient for getting around the city.

Very friendly host, spaceous rooms, comfortable beds. Morning coffee is a great way to start the day. Hostel is smack in the middle of Thessaloniki and close to public transport for further trips.

Das Hostel ist nah zum Bahnhof und an der Hauptstraße, direkt am Bar-/Partyviertel, dadurch aber auch sehr laut - nichts für Geräuschempfindliche. Das Personal war äußert nett, es gab aber keine gemeinschaftliche Atmosphäre im Hostel und vieles wirkte wie eine Baustelle, es gab kein Licht sondern offene Kabel am Bett, das Licht im Bad ging auch nicht immer, keine Vorhänge für Privatsphäre, Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage fehlte somit war es entweder laut oder heiß.
