+ La cortesia.
- La struttura è una casa trasandata e malconcia.
+ Una vez en la habitación se estaba bien (la de la parte de arriba es la única decente). Nos dejaron elegir habitación. A pesar de todo, la señora que nos atendió era amable
- Está en un callejón de película de terror. Oscuro, estrecho, con perros peligrosos. La casa huele a pis de gato. El perro que tienen da miedo, pero resulta que es ciego y luego no hace nada. Es solo para una noche de paso, porque el barrio también da que pensar.

- ANTS in a room (in a bed also!) and in kitchen we heard almost everything from neighbours room (their TV was on all the time) there is EXTRA FEE 15 %, which was NOT well visible
+ The owner was not unfriendly, this is why I give a rating of 2 instead of 1.
- Backpacking since 7 months through LATAM and that was the worst accommodation during that time. Our room smelled so heavily like cat pee that we bought a toilet rim block to bear it. The shared shower was dirty, there were sh*t stains in the toilet and the toilet lid, and it was super loud (doors very thin, and a lot of dogs in the neighbourhood that started barking in the middle of the night and woke us up). Yes, it is cheap, but we got a lot better accommodations in Nicaragua for the same money or less. And I also saw that the owner answers extremely rude to any critical comments, already looking forward to that lol

- Tout le reste... endroit bruyant, pas propre, odeur de pisse de chat, sdb partagée très sale, ambiance glauque autour de l'hôtel...
+ Das einzig gute war die zentrale Lage und die Mitarbeiter
- Ich war schon in wirklich vielen Unterkünften mit ähnlichem Preisniveau aber sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt!! Das Haus ist ziemlich heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer war mit halbwegs zugemauertem Fenster, wodurch man trotzdem das dauerhafte Bellen der zahllosen Nachbarhunde hören konnte. Es war extrem heiss und stickig im Zimmer. Es hat im Haus extrem nach Tier gerochen. Das Bad war von aussen einsehbar und hatte schwarzen Schimmel an der Wand. Einfach der pure Horror.
+ Die Lage zum Hafen war gut
- - es hat sehr unangenehm gerochen, sowohl im Zimmer als auch in der Küche - keine Bettdecke - zwar eine Küche, aber kein Tisch zum Essen - Kakerlaken - Zimmer nicht richtig abschließbar

+ More of a home stay… you’re literally staying in their family home and there’s not much room for them to get out of the way so just be aware of that! Stayed twice for one night each time on our way to and from Big Corn Island, the location was perfect for that since it’s only 5 min walk from the port. The family are super friendly and helpful and the son speaks perfect English, they also arranged our bus tickets to Managua one day in advance (turned out the one we were hoping to just turn up and get on was actually booked out so that was a life saver). It’s very cheap and you get what you pay for.
- There is not much privacy, the house is very rustically built with locks that didn’t lock properly and curtains that didn’t cover the whole window. A mirror in the bedroom would be useful.

- L entrata dalla vietta stretta , la camera aveva una finestra che dava sulla corte interna dove c era sempre via vai di persone. C era un cane all interno della casa che iniziava ad abbaiare già al mattino presto

- - Eingangsbereich und Zugang zum Eingang sehr dunkel - uns war nicht bewusst, dass wir mit einer Familie dort leben - Umgebung sehr schaurig und dunkel
