I was given a bed with an unidentified liquid on it, probably urine given the stain and the smell. I warned the man at the reception who told me to take another bed. The sheets on the urine bed were not changed, the smell persisted in the room. I went to take a shower to notice that the shower head was broken and that we had to deal with the cord. I had booked two nights, I only stayed one out of obligation but it was really the worst hostel I could have stayed in even though I am a regular.
The young short thin heighted receptionist the reception deserves to be fired. 1. Charged me 3gel extra. Next day when I asked for the money, he said USD goes up and down. Finally returned my money, as if it was a favour to me. 2. He played super loud music on the TV in the common space. I reduced the volume but he increased. I switched off the TV after getting annoyed. So he scrolled reels on his phone at max volume. I requested him to reduce the volum. He told me to sit elsewhere and continued
No breakfast as mentioned! The beds were very weak The receptionist was not friendly.
We found fleas in our private room and my wife had a bad allergic reaction. We asked for a refund to go somewhere else, but they wouldn't give us one. They only offered a different room. Even a partial refund would have been acceptable, but no. So we left for another hostel, but we didn't check out, so they couldn't make double the money on the room. A few days later I went back to check and they had a key in our door. They have keys in all the doors to rooms free to rent. Also the kitchen isn...
Great location in Kutaisi and secure, but very noisy. My private room was directly off the common area, and I could hear conversations, TV music, and the doorbell late into the night and starting again early in the morning - no quiet hours seemed to be enforced. Staff weren’t overly welcoming, and there was no breakfast or welcome drink as advertised. The bathroom smelled unpleasant with no shower curtain. For the price, it didn’t feel worth it.
Really weird vibes at this place. I often felt uncomfortable in the common spaces of the hostel.
Accueil fort désagréable. Pas de petit déjeuner alors que mentionné dans le prix. Les toilettes n'étaient pas propres, et des fourmis partout. Les lits défoncés.
Very unpleasant reception. no breakfast even though mentioned in the price. the toilets were not clean, and ants everywhere. the beds were smashed.
Positive: great location and very clean Neutral: staff can be helpful, depending on who and when you catch Negative: all budget rooms in the corridor had mold on half the outside wall, which made the air horrible when the window is closed. However, sleeping with the window open was not an option as the door would bang in its frame from the wind/drift
Not to bad for the price, but it was not very clean and the airconditioning was broken
Staff is not helpful at all and they do not speak any other language than Georgian. Facilities are not working and is not clean there. They are giving you another room than you have booked.

Loved the privacy! Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. Staff were helpful.
The beds were very comfortable, all with their own curtain, light and shelving. the kitchen was well equipped, a coffee machine is also available and the location is very central to the city. the price-performance ratio is very good!

Stayed in the twin private room. Great value for money imo. Spacious, comfortable, good ac and possibly a balcony (stayed here twice, once with once without). Kitchen was well equipped and not too busy even though it was small. Wasn’t super social however with a private room, that’s exactly what I wanted. Bathrooms had a slight smell, but not visibly dirty. Not too bad. Good location near grocery stores and little bakeries and such.
Nice rooms and decent kitchen. The showers were in the same bathroom and pretty unconfortable.

I have stayed in many hostels, but I have rarely come across a scortese staff and in rooms so fatiscent and squalor. from what I could perceive, however, perhaps the rooms are slightly better than the private rooms.
Clean, comfy room. The location was great and easy to get to from the airport. The staff were really helpful giving advice for things to see in town and restaurant recommendations. In fact, they had a 24/7 reception so help was always easy to get.
Excellent hostel, rooms are nice and spacious. Hostel is clean but quiet with not much socialising.
Good value for money. Everything seemed clean. The only negative thing is that the room gets very bright in the early mornings because there's a weird wide gap between the window and (orange) blinds.
It’s a simple but actually good hostel. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff is super sweet and friendly!
Relación calidad precio buenísima. Estuvimos en una privada de 2 camas. Baños limpios, hostal limpio. Ubicación muy buena
We stayed in a private 2 bedroom, clean bathrooms, clean hostel, very good location.
It was an amazing hostel with good price, there is an error it’s without the breakfast as it’s mentioned in the app but they said it’s not so otherwise the place is great and it’s in the city centre price is less and I guess it’s the best you can find in this price

It had really poor internet, The "free Breakfast" was non-existent, and most of the staff didn't speak English. However, It was clean had tours that you could book and was cheap. If you are looking for cheap this place may be worth it, but for a little more there are much better options in Kutaisi.
