Sleep in Heaven

So i pay more for privat room than on a hotel and then there was no heat in the room when i got there to sleep it was so cold and i tirn on the heat on the highest but it did not get much heat on. Its like they was trying to save money. When i woke up i was freezzing it was so cold. This is bad and will never go there again

One of the worst hostel experiences I’ve had. I was given the wrong check-in instructions and never found my actual room. At 1 am with no help around, I had to crash in a random room on a bare mattress with no sheets. When I explained this later, they blamed me for not calling their “emergency number” in the middle of the night instead of owning their mistake. A low-cost hostel in every sense of the word. The cleanliness in the showers and dorms is more than deplorable, the common areas are tiny, and the residents have no rules (they're constantly noisy). If you want to remember your night in Copenhagen (badly), go for it! A special mention to the staff though

This place should be called "Sleep in Hell" or "Sleep in a Pothole". By far the shittiest mattress ever experienced in my year long travel, you can feel every piece of metal in the bed structure. Your back will pay for it. Other hostels around are the same price. Thisnone does have a cozy common area though.

Eigentlich nettes Hostel mit tollem Vibe & Gestaltung, aber insbesondere hygienisch eher mangelhaft in den Bädern und auch sehr enge Räume. Die Mitarbeiter haben ihr Bestes gegeben, aber dennoch wurden uns leider falsche Informationen gegeben. Allerdings gute Lage wenn man dem Trubel der Innenstadt auch mal entkommen möchte.

Charge for everything most other hostels provide for free I was expected to pay for towel, use of storage locker, pool table No other hostel I've been to charges for these things

Bucht dieses Hostel auf keinen Fall! Schlimmste Unterkunft, in der ich jemals war. Auf der Matratze lagen schwarze Haare, die Duschen und Toiletten waren katastrophal. Selbst nach der täglichen „Reinigung “ der Sanitäranlagen war alles super ungepflegt und dreckig! Die Zimmer sollten eigentlich jeden Tag gereinigt werden - ich habe nichtmal jemanden mit dem Staubsauger durch die Zimmer gehen sehen. Gestunken hat es in den Zimmern ebenso. Hab meinen Aufenthalt dort frühzeitig beendet...

Sale, pas entretenu. Aucune attention apportée au confort, pas de rangements, pas de cuisine ni frigo. Dommage de ne pas avoir été dans le bâtiment principal, nous étions assez loin de la salle commune. L’auberge était tout de même relativement bien placée.

It’s alright if you need a cheap place to crash. It’s about 20 minutes by foot to the city center which isn’t so bad if you enjoy walking. What I found odd was that you have to put the sheets over your own bed and you have to put the blanket inside of the duvet—usually when you go to a hostel, your bed is already prepared. best hostel in the world

We stayed here as a group of 4 18/19 year old guys and this was a perfect location to explore the city. The staff created a very friendly atmosphere and gave us good recommendations for activities around the city. The facilities had everything we needed, we especially enjoyed the pool table in the shared area.

Amazing stay

I had a peaceful stay. There’s no social atmosphere and the bedrooms are the most cramped I’ve ever experienced with no privacy curtains. I appreciated the multitude of showers but thought it was strange that there were only 2 toilets at the end of the hall. It’s a super far walk to get to the part of Copenhagen you want to get to. I probably wouldn’t return as I am looking for a different experience. That being said, I had a good stay.

This is a nice space, but communication was not great about renovations. For example, they said there is luggage storage but then I because of limited reception hours this service wasn’t offered. The floor of the room was also very dirty and wifi doesn’t work. I would come back though once renovations are done because it is a nice area and big rooms!

Nice and clean, nice common area. However it was right next to a bar so very loud at night.

I really enjoyed my stay. My building was surprisingly separate from the hostel building and was instead amongst scaffolding and building work short distance from the main hostel. While it was a bit confusing to find at first it was perfectly fine after. The rooms are warm, amazing sized personal lockers and private lamps. Thank you Sleep in Heaven for your hospitality and kindness. I made great friends here :)

Staff are only around some of the day and the website/email does not provide accurate information about what time you can actually check in, so I would make sure to email ahead of time and confirm your plans, even if you're just looking to drop off some luggage. We waited a half hour after their "open" time before staff showed up for us to drop off luggage, and had to check in between 3pm and 6pm, which felt like a pretty short window (half the rooms were empty and our room specifically had 12 b...

The hostel is pretty cozy and has a lot of information about what to do and where to go, I like that! There is a split between the main rooms with common area and the outsourced dorms. There were a good amount of dorms outsourced. They all shared common bathing facilities. For the men that were 3 showers and 2 bathroom stalls. I believe it was the same for the women (they had an extra 2 bathrooms). It was pretty clean for the amount of people, but relatively run down because of it.

I personally had a very nice time in there, I’d definitely recommend it to my friends and even family. The reception was amazing and very helpful, they even borrow plugs and adapters if you need it. Tomas and the French woman are great. Much love

Für ein oder zwei Nächte OK, Sauberkeit geht so, Ausrüstung in die Jahre gekommen, gute Lage und nette Mitarbeiter! Hatten morgens Erbrochenes im Waschbecken! Es sind meistens die Gäste die sich in Hostel einfach mies benehmen, dafür kann das Hostel nichts!

Muy buena para el precio, en general todo muy bien. Un poco alejado pero de todas maneras camina le, recomiendo alquilar una bici ya que se llega muy fácil a los lugares turísticos.

He estado dos noches y he tenido una muy buena experiencia.
