+ Clean, lots of common areas.
- Bunk beds close together. Impossible to sleep with snoring and rude bunkmates. Reception was very young and not very attentive, somewhat immature.

+ Ei liian kaukana metrolta/asemalta. Hotelli ihan tyylikäs. Aamupala oli maukasta ja hinta oli sopiva.
- Hotellilla tehtiin viereisissä huoneissa remonttia, tästä ei mainintaa missään vaiheessa ja varsinkin päivisin melu oli kovaa. Samoin ravintola oli remontissa ja kiinni tämän vuoksi, tästäkään ei mitään mainittu respassa. Ensimmäisessä huoneessa ilmastointi oli rikkonainen, joten huone piti vaihtaa. Toisessa huoneessa lämmitys toimi normaalisti, mutta huoneessa oli silti hyvin kylmä. Huonetta ei oltu siivottu kovin tarkasti. Ei siis millään tasolla hintansa arvoinen.

- 二段ベッドのドミトリールームという事は承知しておりましたが、狭い部屋にベッドが２つ、つまり、最大4名が泊まれる部屋に案内されました。 まぁ、それは良いのですが、二段ベッドの下の階の私のベッドの頭側にカーテンがなく、隣のベッドの立ち位置によっては丸見えでプライバシーには一切の配慮がありませんでした。さすがに気になるので、フロントになんとかならないかと尋ねると、確認もせず「仕様です」の一点張りでしたので、その部屋のベッドには最低限のプライバシーも守られないというのがこのホテルのデフォルトという事でしょうか。もしくは黒縁のメガネをかけたフロントの男性の個人的な見解でしょうか。わかりませんが、朝まで不快な気持ちを抱えたまま滞在したくありませんでしたので、宿泊はせずチェックアウトしてました。結局湯島のカプセルホテルに泊まったのですが、こちらのホテルの対応に比べたら10倍良かったです。 ちなみにウェルカムドリンク？のコーヒーとクッキーの説明も案内もありませんでした。 家族連れの方や何名かで宿泊されていた方には丁寧に対応していたようですので、人を見てホスピタリティのランクを決めているのかもしれません。 写真は私のベッドです。隣のベッドにはちゃんとカーテンがあります。この部屋ではカーテンは私のベッドだけありませんでした。

- It’s probably the most misleading „hotel“ I’ve ever seen. Advertised as a hotel, with dozens of pictures with singles rooms, it looks quite nice. Turns out to be a hostel with shared bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, etc. While that may not be of an issue for travelers who like to stay in hostels, I was not expecting it. So, if you’re reading carefully, you will quickly see that this is NOT a hotel. The bathrooms, toilets and laundry rooms were not clean with hair all over the place and dust that was not removed in years (washing machine). For the price it’s definitely not worth it, as I got a single room at APA with a view on the Skytree for a cheaper price in the end. Also it’s very far from Ueno station and NEZU station is also around 10 minutes away. So not convenient at all.
+ 早餐挺好，地理位置偏不好找，平台信息与实际有差距。平台写离车站350米，到店后服务员说离其中一个车站约350米。商家在平台登记信息不明确故意含糊误导，小型双人间和小型双人床区别太大，双人间应该标明一张双人床多大尺寸或标明两张单人床才是小型双人间吧，而到店实际见到是一张1.25米的床叫小型双人间，与服务员沟通承认信息不实但就这样爱住不住不给退。这次日本行，感觉日本酒店经营行业管理很乱。此平台登记信息不太负责任。

Great first impression - close to a Ueno train station, quiet location, friendly staff and easy check-in process. The shared facilities are spotless, as are the rooms. Highly recommend if you’re looking not to be in the midst of the hustle and bustle but still very accessible!
Generally a great place. Huge kitchen and cozy livingroom. But would not recommend mixed dorms or the first floor (which is a basement). I was the only female and the room was extremely small and sharing it with three men meant 3x snoring, and sweat smell whenever they would toss and turn. I left one day earlier and checked into a hotel because I couldn’t handle it anymore.
The Staff are super friendly, the rooms and environment is amazing. I would definitely recommend for others to go here!
Really great hostel - facilities etc were top notch Ueno is a really chilled area if you want to be out of the buzz of the city
The kindest and most generous hostel in have ever stayed. Air conditioning and air purifier in the room, complementary towel, toothbrush and slippers, generous sized kitchen with ovens and grills and invitation to movie night on the rooftop on check in. The location is pretty good, is a comfortable flat walk to Ueno station, or 5 min walk to Nezu Subway. As with most Japanese hostels showers only on one level and 3 toilets per floor

+ Staff are friendly and knows basic English. Location is decent from the metro
- The hotel didn't provide luggage delivery services. You would have to head to the nearest convenience store to do luggage delivery. However, the staff are friendly and kind enough to offer to help fill up the form in Japanese to pass it to the convenience store which is extremely kind and helpful.

+ Its location was lovely , staff friendly and helpful
+ Great location in terms of quiet, walkability, transportation access and nearby businesses. We had the king room with a large TV projector which was fun.
- When we arrived, there was coffee and a kettle, but they would not replenish and we were there 3 nights. The breakfast was okay but not many choices and no variety over the 3 days. Some of our hotels in Japan had a couple of English language stations on the TV but this one didn’t.
+ Pièces communes super agréables et spacieuses Très bon petit déjeuner
- Dans les chambres partagées, ce sont des lits superposés, on est un peu moins bien isolés que dans des lits cabines
+ Buenas opciones comida para vegetarianos/veganos, ambiente muy desenfadado
- Para entrar y salir en mi baño de la habitación había un escalón grande

+ Everything from location to facilities and an excellent cafe to top it all. I would definitely stay here during my next Tokyo visit.
