We booked room for 2 people and they asked us to pay a lot more at property because they said in their booking shows for 1 person , but the room was double bed in the booking , until then it was fine , but we gave him cash and he didn’t had change so he asked to return our remaining amount later , but he never appeared and never picked up our calls .
DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. TOO TRAUMATIC TO EVEN REPEAT WHAT HAPPENED.
Goede locatie. Onvriendelijk personeel, hun terminal om te betalen werkte niet waardoor ik niet kon betalen en in plaats van een oplossing te zoeken deden ze het online op een zeer gemene manier.
Friendly staff, their payment terminal didn't work so I couldn't pay and instead of looking for a solution they went online in a very vulgar way.
El peor hostal en el que he estado, el personal súper desaradable y sucio. muy groseros y maleducados, llegue temprano y me dijo que volviera a las 110:30 volví y me negaron el acceso un señor súper sucio empezo a insultarme junto con otro, el hostal todo sucio y desagradable

De locatie is super en de kamer was prima en schoon. Maar de communicatie met de eigenaar en schoonmaakster was rampzalig. De eigenaar hebben we nooit gezien en hij was telefonisch lastig te bereiken. We werden ontvangen door de schoonmaakster (die gebrekkig Engels sprak) en moesten cash betalen, pinnen kon niet. Toen we onze bagage kwamen ophalen na het uitchecken was ze er niet om de deur op te doen. Hebben 20x aangebeld en zijn toen gelukkig door iemand anders binnengelaten.
The location is great and the room was fine and clean. but the communication with the owner and the cleaner was messy. we never saw the owner and he was hard to reach by phone. we were received by the cleaner (the faulty english spake) and had to pay cash, pinnen kon niet. when we came to pick up our luggage and checked out they were not to do the door. we have been checked 20x and are then happy to be let in by someone else.
I think it was overpriced for the room. The separate bathroom I had was very nice. The location was relatively close to everything but it was very hard to find the place originally. I had to call 3 times to get the host to show up to open the door. It was very loud one evening while they were working on a lock on one of the doors. Overall it was a very nice place, just not what I expected.
After looking for the address, I was accompanied to a different building. Then it turned out, they messed up the bookings, as the previous guest had not checked out yet. Had to wait for almost two hours ('only 10 minutes') before my room was ready. Heating in the room did not work either.
The owner of the property did not accept card payment because his machine got broken, I have requested an invoice/receipt but I still didn't get one.
O lugar é incrível, porém a localização que o endereço te direciona não é exata, ficamos rodando cerca de 20min procurando o local e nada, perguntamos em uma loja ao lado mais eles informaram que existiam várias unidades de locação. Tentamos contato por e-mail e por telefone mas só fomos conseguir contato por volta de 1:00PM. Após conseguirmos contato conseguimos deixar as bolsas no local de hospedagem. We had a lovely stay here. The owners were so kind and helpful when we arrived. Our room was huge and we had so much space. We also loved the little fridge and kitchen supplies. Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice and safe and good location (close to center and river but a 20 minute walk from train station). The host was very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp!
Perfect location and lovely toom. I appreciated the cookies and tea! My only issue was that the noises from the flush of the toilet and shower was very loud and I worried about disturbing other guests!

Muy buena estancia en Casamore. Todo estaba muy limpio, las sábanas impecables. El espacio común era cómodo y amplio. La dueña encantadora. Si vuelvo a Verona me hospedaré de nuevo ahí.
Very good stay in Casamore. everything was very clean, the sheets impeccable. the common area was comfortable and spacious. the owner was charming. if i go back to verona i will stay there again.

The place was really nice and totally fair priced. We got a room with toilet in it, everything was always clean, and there is also a common space with fridge, coffee and tea machines available, tables and couch. Located 5 minutes from main square. The staff was helpful and welcoming, we would strongly recommend the place!
This was a great place with a great location and we felt so cared for and at home from the way our hosts treated us and accomodated our needs.
Awesome place 2 min to downtown. Quiet - more a private hotel than a bustling hostel. Extremely clean and host was super.
Está muy cerca de la actividad de la ciudad y te hace sentir que vives en Verona. Lo único malo es que el baño aunque es privado, no está en la misma habitación.
It is very close to the activity of the city and makes you feel like you live in Verona.The only downside is that the bathroom although it is private, is not in the same room.

Cheap place to stay right in the center, it was clean and had plenty of amenities. It was a bit hard to find though.
Posizione fantastica a 2 passi dall'arena di Verona, consigliatissimo dunque in caso di eventi o semplicemente per essere già in centro città. Sapevo in partenza che la colazione non era prevista tuttavia vista la disponibilità di un bollitore sarebbe stato utile una semplice macchinetta del ☕️. Nel complesso ottima struttura
fantastic location 2 steps from the arena of verona, consigliatissimo therefore in case of events or simply to be already in the city center. i knew on departure that breakfast was not planned however given the availability of a kettle a simple del ️ machine would have been useful. overall excellent structure
Lovely and private rooms. Only there for one night, but it was wonderfully located.
Cute room and walkable to arena and old town. Difficult to find, no clear signage and parking took a bit to navigate. Nice stay otherwise!

Such a lovely stay, thank you so much! Felt very secure in private room with ensuite bathroom and absolutely loved having shared kitchen and living room for evenings. Aside from actual rooms, there is no secure place to drop of luggage before checking in if this is something you are concerned about, but because it is a private accommodation we left our stuff for the day and it was very safe, so didn't mind at all!
Really great place. The host waited up for us to arrive after an evening flight and settle us in. The rooms are clean and spacious with a private bathroom just down the hall. The location is perfect for exploring Verona. Good value for money and there is a kettle and microwave in the hall way for basic food and coffees. Would definitely recommend!
Other than a little confusion finding the right door (look on the doorbells and you will easily find it), this was a magical stay. FABULOUS location, clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. 1st hostel visit. I hope I’m not disappointed in the figure after this stay! :) BTW, best shower I’ve had in Italy in 11 days!
Soggiorno perfetto! La stanza era grande, accogliente e pulitissima, e la posizione è davvero super strategica: vicinissima a tutto, centro, stazione e principali attrazioni. La hostess è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente, ci tornerei volentieri!
The room was large, cozy and very clean, and the location is really super strategic: very close to everything, the center, the station and the main attractions. the hostess was very kind and super helpful. absolutely recommend, i would turn it over willingly!
