I booked deluxe room and got shity smelly room. They do have some good rooms too ... And they cancelled my booking after check out so I cannot write a review in app, scam mentality.
As bad as this hostel was there were some good things. The rooms were spacious and had AC and was clean. I think all hostels in bazar market is similar. The location of the hostel was in a small alley that smelled like piss, everything run down (shower etc) No common area to meet other travellers. Felt very creepy. And over all really pricy for what you’re actually getting. The owner was a bit rude. I am really not sure how the rating is so good..one of the worst hostels I’ve been to.
The mattress smelt pungently of urine. Storage cupboard of other stuff. Room was somewhere between dirty and filthy. One question to you, Hostelworld: how does your algorithm to obtain the final score work? I, as probably most, was expecting the arithmetic mean. How can the overall rating (calculated by you) be 4.3, when the maximum score I gave was 3? LOL. I obviously understand that you would like the scores to be high. Really curious to hear about the calculation :)
the location is the worst - in an alley full of piss, the room was really dirty, the floor was sticky and when we ask to clean it they said they'll send someone and no one came... the a/c was not working and the private room are at floor 4 without an elivator. I took the place because of its rate here and im really surprised it was rated to good... its bot like in the photos at all, AVOID this hostel
This is not a hostel. I stayed here and was not in a shared room. Like other reviews have mentioned the location is off the main bazaar down a very small smelly alleyway which is not ideal if you are a solo traveller. There are no common spaces. The bed was fine and room smelt like mildew but was okay. I booked a tour here for my trip and he was helpful but was greatly overcharged.
The staff were rude as soon as we entered. Then they refused to let us stay and told us to go to another hotel
Employer yell at me, because i was waiting for the buss inside their establishment. I was not doing any noise. He was really upset for no reason. Luggage was also steal the day before my trip. Security really low and disrespectful as hell against customer
High price compared to the experience I've had
Here is my experience: - I first stayed in a dorm. I dried some clothes on the rooftop. At 11pm a worker barged into the room (the door wasn’t locked), came over to my bed, and started aggressively yelling in Hindi. I felt unsafe. The next morning I told the other staff, I felt they sought to dismiss my experience. - I moved into a private room (with a lock). At 11pm, someone knocked on my door, and tried to open the door (it was locked and nobody entered the room). I told the other staff ...
After working and staying in many hostels, this was the worst. I stayed here (4bedmix) due to the high rating, however don't believe it. Pros: staff were okay, free towel. airport transfer. Cons: bathroom hadn't been deep cleaned in maybe a month (was shocking), my bedsheets were dirty, they charged us 900 for an airport transfer for 3 people (it should be 500), no atmosphere, no room key, weird + smelly location. Note to staff: Please get a new cleaner & create a great social area for guest...

It's seen better days so some things don't work. But it's very quiet and great location and the staff are helpful
Stayed at Yes Boss Hostel in Delhi and honestly it’s one of the best value-for-money spots I’ve found. I booked a private room with AC and it was exactly what I needed — clean, comfortable, and a solid place to recharge after long days exploring the city. The WiFi was surprisingly fast and reliable, which made it easy to get some work done without any headaches. Big shoutout to Rinku at the front desk as well — super helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed...
Not the worst thing ever, but the images didn't match the room. If I knew that our room would be like that, I probably wouldn't of stayed here to be honest. The staff however were friendly and helpful enough, the location is great if you want to be right in the chaos.
Nice welcome, very helpful staff

You can find better hostels for this price, but the place is ok.
Very helpful and friendly helped out with simcards, directions and booking details. Would recommend
Nice place to start my holiday. Staff friendly after a long flight from uk. Saddam answered anything I needed to know
Really nice people and welcoming, helped me with hot water issue, I was out for nights and with no locks my belongings were completely safe, overall a very good experience, highly recommended.
The staff were friendly and helpful and gave good advice for our first time visiting Delhi. The location is convenient. I would stay here again.
Airport pickup was great, not very clean and walls are paper thin
A nice, comfortable and clean private room and the staff were very friendly
Very clean and comfortable dorm. Staff were awesome with any questions i had. great location close to lots of good restaurants and any other amenities you may need. train station only a short walk away.id recommend this place to anyone.
Overall good experience for what it was,
Check-in took forever, I don't know why. Apparently, you might book this hostel, but once you get there, they send you somewhere else. A taxi from the airport costs three times as much. At reception, they'll tell you they can exchange your currency for rupees without commission, but obviously they have to make a profit. If you want a hot shower, you have to let them know in advance to get it. All in all, you're in Delhi, so it wasn't a bad experience, but you can find better.
For India it was okay. If compared to a hostel anywhere else on the planet it's bad. Dirty, the owner keeps trying to sell you train tickets at 4 times the price, and absolutely no atmosphere. The lock to my private room was basically broken and there was no hot water. Also it took forever to find the place and when I called them to help me they were absolutely useless.
The staff were great and very helpful, the room was great and very clean Thank you for your hospitality
L’endroit est vraiment top, personnel super sympa ! L’endroit est juste compliqué à trouver.
