Stayed there for three nights in a 12 bed dorm in April. On the first evening, I found a bedbug in my pod (see picture attached). They hate light but the lights were still on, which means the room must be infested pretty badly. I told the employees as soon as this happened. They looked around the dorm and found other bedbug nests around other people's beds. I was also immediately offered to move to a different dorm (which I accepted) but the dorm stayed open and the other guests stayed. That off...
Great location close to the city centre. Near the train station and the night life. The room was cosy but with quite a lot of dust under the bed.
+ Great location. Keyless stay.

+ We were a merry motley crew where I stayed with annealed steel ladders and mattresses on top of what appeared to be school desks it was sturdy enough for 120+kg and large enough not to feel suffocated. No need for a working phone if you walk out the train station and keep walking you’ll find it.
- The showers were good, they provide everything you need including towels but one of the showers in the room is either too hot or too cold. I used the only shower room in the dorm which was perfect temperature.

+ I had two bookings that I squished together so I won't repeat what I've already said on the other review. It's good, the staff are good.
- They need bed curtains. They already have the curtain rails.
+ Once in, I found the staff absolutely lovely - with me friendly and efficient, with someone I saw that was having problems, they were being practical and helping them with empathy. It created a good first impression even though I had to wait a bit. The rooms are decent and I liked that there were 2 showers / WCs in my room. The kitchen was pretty good but needed some veg knives.
- Getting in was slightly awkward - even though it was late at night, I was asked if I was delivering a parcel, then when I said I just wanted to check in, the doors weren't released. Someone staying there that was nearby saw me and fortunately let me in. I'm really glad I read other reviews that notged that while there were no curtains, you could probably take something to hang up as one. I did this and was surprised that the reason it was so easy was because there are curtain rails, just no curtains. I assume this is a washing / cost issue? I would however happily pay a couple of quid more to have a curtain cos it makes such a huge difference to my sleep.
