Lab Hostel Nazaré

I lost my smartwatch here, unfortunately the owner stopped responding to my mails about it, so that made me suspicious he just kept it.

super Lage: 2 min am Strand, dadurch allerdings nachts etwas lauter —> Oropax einpacken. Im Hostel ist ein Hund, der echt lieb ist, aber für Ängstliche Personen eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider gibt es keine Küche bzw generell keinen wirklichen Gemeinschaftsraum, sondern eher nur ein langer Tisch und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Für relativ kurzfristiges buchen habe ich 50€/Nacht im 6er Zimmer gezahlt, was für die fehlende Sauberkeit - im Bad stand das Wasser, dreckige Waschbecken,..absolut zu...

Nie wieder. Sehr unangenehme Atmosphäre, unangenehmer Gastgeber. Für eine Nacht ist OK, aber nicht mehr.

Ubicación genial, pero muchísimo ruido. Se escucha ruido de la calle, ruido del funcionamiento de algún tipo de depurador de aire en las habitaciones…

Private room was terrible. No windows and ceilings so low in the room hit our heads and my husband cut his head trying to avoid the low ceilings only to hit a sharp wall lamp. The hostel did not have a kitchen which we were led to believe it did. The microwave it did have looked as though it hadn’t ever been cleaned. There was no where to sit in our room and the “common area” was uninviting for guests. The key code password only works until 9:00 pm so my husband got locked out.

The hostel has an excellent location, the attention is good, but the weakest point was its security. Dorms can be opened by anyone even if they are staying at other rooms, the main gate depends on just the willingness of each guest to close it, but if someone forgets to close it, it was easy for outsiders to get into the hostel, because a lot of time there was no one even at the reception. If you are thinking about going to Nazare, I would suggest you to go to an Airbnb.

There’s a big dog that will sniff you out on arrival so be ready. The owner/worker joked about it being like a sniffer dog at the airport? Not sure if that was a joke? Weird empty vibe there and felt like the owner really didn’t care either way. No locks on doors, bathrooms mouldy and no kitchen.

Recepcionista simpático e atencioso. Ambiente arrumado e organizado, porém no quarto faltou ventilação, uma ventoinha ao menos.

L’hostel est bien située, proche de la plage. Il n’a pas d’ambiance, ni d’espaces communs. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, mais la douche est horrible, il faut mettre 3 serviette de douche pour absorber l’eau au sol… Et il manque de crochets pour accrocher les vêtements mouillés (ce qui n’est pas pratique après être allée à la plage).

Overall, very good, but if dogs intimidate you a bit, this place isn't for you. It would be nice to highlight the presence of the animal in the hostel's description, as it can be uncomfortable.

La struttura si trova a pochi metri dal mare, in un'ottima posizione per visitare la città. Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile. Gli ambienti sono molti curati e ben forniti. Unica pecca, non esistono chiavi per chiudere le serrature, neanche quelle del bagno.

it's a decent place to stay, cheap and good location. The vibe is a bit weird and not super well kept.

It was a great hostel for a quick stay. I was in a private room and it was perfect (aside from the bathroom which I could not walk into or stand up in as the ceiling was too low lol). Other than that, the host was super nicer and it had everything I needed.

L'hôte et son adorable chien étaient très accueillants et de bons conseils ! L'hostel est bien situé dans le centre de Nazaré Un très bon rapport qualité prix

I think the hostel was quite nice for what it is and as we stayed one night it was fine. What I think is important to note is that 1. There is no kitchen although the description claims there is one and 2. The owner has his dog there with I think people should know in case of being scared or allergies. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Also the location is fine however, there is no social life there and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone solo traveling.

The owner was so kind and helpful, giving us recommendations for food and avoiding pricey tourist traps. Room was very clean and cozy! Would definitely stay again

muy buena onda el hombre que atiende, muy buenos tips, está re cerca de la playa. Lo malo es que el agua caliente de la ducha no salía, las almohadas muyyy desarmadas.

It is very beautiful hostel with a very good prize and the location near to the beach is gorgeous. The host of the hostel has a dog and unfortunately the whole entrace including the stairs has a very strong dog smell.

Un gran lugar para dormir, Antonio es una gran persona, el hostel está muy limpio, las camas son muy cómodas y es un lugar muy agradable, esta cerca de todo, y la estancia a sido perfecta.

The owner was a little over the top but the room was good. If ur scared of dogs don't go
