+ The didn't accepted me because I booked wrongly a bed in room for females. I didn't do it deliberately, but their system (booking.com or in hostel I don't know) accepted it and my reservation was confirmed. I am a male and my gender is mentioned in the booking.com. Anyways in there I called booking call center, waited for 15 minutes, then a call center agent dropped the call after 1 minute of speaking, I called again, system said you must wait around 20 minutes, it was catastrophic. The only thing I liked about this hostel they accepted to refund me full amount.
- I am not sure who should I blame here, but either booking or hostel itself must accept only to book (or verify/approve) females room in hostel if your gender is female. At the end it was night, cold outside and I was sick. I needed to book somewhere else instantly for really high prices. I had no other choice. The next time I will reconsider booking something from booking.com and from that specific hostel.

+ Este hotel es tétrico. El desayuno deplorable. Las instalaciones deplorables. Para el precio es tétrico excesivo.
- No me gustó nada. Las habitaciones horribles sin calefacción te dejan un radiador tétrico y ya está. Tuve q decir que hicieran las camas si no nada. Te dejan solo una toalla de ducha y ya está. Los desayunos malísimos no limpian nada ni reponen nada. Tétrico. Jamás he estado en un sitio así.

Very good hostel, easy to walk to city from here and close to lots of sightseeing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great place for value and sightseeing. Would 100% recommend.

The nicest hostel I have ever stayed at. I just wish the beds had curtains, but free breakfast was so nice.
The best hostel I've stayed in Europe. I've rented a 6-person room, but there was only one person other than m. Each room has its own bathroom, with toilet and shower separate, so you have a lot of privacy. The room is very comfortable and everything is clean. Breakfast is included and is very nice. Location is awesome. The only complain I have is about lockers. There is one drawer in the room for each bed, but they are very small. There are free lockers on the first floor that solve the problem
Highly recommend it as a solo female traveller. Felt safe, good location, good breakfast, friendly staff, overall clean. Good idea to keep the shower and toilet separate in the rooms, although the walls are a little thin. I suggest adding privacy curtains on beds. Wifi signal could be improved as well.

Very clean and everything works perfectly
Best part was the breakfast. It was really great. Nice interior, and had everything I needed. The room would’ve been nice with AC, but that’s really the only negative. Staff were nice and location was close enough to everything.
Clean, great location, good price, great free breakfast. Very few people seemed to use the (spacious) common areas and there was a wide age range of travellers. The whole hostel was very warm at all times which could get a bit much.
A great place to crash for a short city break - central location and reasonably clean. Nobody was in the common areas, despite it being a weekend, but everyone I met was friendly, beds were quite comfy, and breakfast included was a big bonus!
Great place in a fantastic location- 10 min walk from centre of city so you get a bit of peace by the hostel itself but so close to the hustle and bustle. Lots of space in the rooms and good facilities.
Ostello bellissimo, in una zona molto centrale e quindi comodo da raggiungere. Io avevo scelto una camera con 6 letti e il bagno in camera: pulito e comodissimo perché c'era una stanza solo con il WC e l'altra con lavandini e due docce. Colazione inclusa e ottima. Veramente consigliato.
Great place and great staff!!! You can pick rooms for just women! Super close to the Center, safe surroundings. I would recommend this place and probably be back if I ever como to Brussels again!
Everything was pretty satisfying and enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful, provided luggage storage, pretty delicious breakfast, tidy rooms and the most important thing was the location which was exactly in the heart of Brussels. Safety and atmosphere were also noticeable as well. Highly recommended.
My stay was great! A friend and I stayed there and we both really liked the hostel. It’s clean, well-organized, and in a perfect location near the stations. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is amazing, so many options and everything was delicious. I highly recommend it!

The walls were extremely thin and people were screaming in the hallway until 3am.
Breakfast was free ( was definitely not great, but free is free ) entire hostel as well as the room had a very overwhelming lemon cleaner smell. Had to air out the room as we started to feel sick from the smell. Overall not bad and was a clean and safe place to spend the night.
