- Odalar soğuk odanın ısıtıcını kombisinin altına gizlenmiş odada terlik vs bırakılmamış. Ses yalıtımı berbat. Odalar hiç temiz değil hijyen rezaletti

+ Shower was decent. Lots of towels. Booked a twin room and ended up with a double and a single bed in same room. Bonus!

- There was a very unpleasant smell as soon as you walk into the hotel. Very overr powering like a burning incense smell. Fortunately it was only in the communal areas but nevertheless very off putting. You hear EVERY sound. Someone flushes the toilet in another room? You hear it. Someone’s bed squeaks in another room you hear it. Sirens outside the room ALL NIGHT LONG! Upon check in toilet roll was empty with empty roll left on the dispenser. Had to replace myself. Cleaner should have picked this up really. Also bathroom bin wasn’t lined. Again guests shouldn’t be expected to line bins. The cleaner should be doing this! On the 2nd day, the spare toilet roll looked like it had been dropped in the toilet as it was all discoloured and a funny shape. I wasn’t prepared to use that toilet roll and can’t believe the cleaner would even put a toilet roll like that in the room!

- Buongiorno, Premetto che ho viaggiato in più di venti paesi e alloggiato in tende, camper, macchine, hotel, ostelli e B&B ma non mi è mai capitata un'esperienza del genere. Colazione sufficiente (il minimo indispensabile), camera piccolissima con pareti molto sottili: si sentiva tutto (il vicino che a mezzanotte parlava al telefono in vivavoce, che alle tre di notte metteva la musica, una signora che ha fatto tutte le notti a vomitare). Non sono riuscita a dormire per tre notti. L'ascensore è piccolissimo e il primo giorno sono rimasta bloccata tra lo 0 e il 1 piano. Nel bagno c'era un costante odore di fumo di sigaretta e di canne. Probabilmente qualcuno/a fumava in hotel e l'odore si propagava con il sistema di areazione e l' ultimo giorno ho sentito l'odore anche nella camera da letto. A mio avviso, la scelta di questo hotel va bene solo se si tratta di una notte, altrimenti conviene spendere i propri soldi in un'altra maniera. L'unica nota positiva è la posizione, vicino alla metro.

+ The location was very good, short walk to get to the main shopping street.

- There was mold everywhere in the bathroom, foul sewer smell also from the bathroom, the floor was dirty, the elevator was small and moved very slowly. We asked to change rooms because of the mold and got a room but also with mold in bathroom.

+ Było bardzo brudno. W pokoju były resztki jedzenia po porzednim gościu, a podloga na pewno nie myta.Lazienka z plesnia.Winda śmierdząca. Personel pozbawiony podstawowych zasad kultury. Traktują gościa jak intruza. Okolica bardzo niebezpieczna i brudna. Widok z okna na ruinę. Śniadanie bardzo słabe, kawa bardzo nie dobra

+ Nice location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

- The only thing that wasn’t ok for us was that the cleaning ladies left the window open every day and turned off the heating. It was really cold when we come to the room after long days outside.

+ Clean room., very clean toilet. Near to the city centre and the train stations

- Noise from the street as room very near the main road. Hotel could've offered earplugs for guests, I'm glad I brought mine

+ Clean hotel in excellent location at a reasonable price compared to the other. Breakfast was very good. The train station and metro are at awalking distance.

+ Muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos de la estación de tren y cerca del centro. Excelente atención del personal en todo momento. Desayuno muy variado y rico.

- Muy estrecho el espacio de la habitación, éramos tres personas y nos costaba movilizarnos con las valijas y nuestras pertenencias.

+ The location was great, right beside the Metro Station. It was quiet, clean and very warm in the room.

- It was a little bit tiny and we had very little space (especially when not travelling with a partner, but a friend or a colleague). But overall good price-quality ratio.

+ Wel een goed bed, en op een makkelijk te bereiken locatie.

- Veel lawaai van de straat, zeker met het raam open. Muffe kamer, verwacht geen luxe.
