- Der Teppichboden in meinem Zimmer war voller Flecken. Zudem habe ich am Tag der Abreise in der Ecke neben dem Bett abgeschnittene Fußnägel entdeckt. Das Hotel ist unglaublich hellhörig. Ruhe sucht man hier also vergebens. In meinem Zimmer gab es zwar einen TV, bei diesem funktionierte allerdings das Internet nicht, sodass ich ihn nicht nutzen konnte. Das Bett war nicht sonderlich bequem. Zudem gab es in meinem Zimmer nur einen Mini-Spiegel. Das Frühstück ist auf westliche Kundschaft ausgerichtet, was okay ist. Allerdings war die Auswahl nicht besonders groß. Vor Anreise hat man uns geschrieben, dass wir auch in der Unterkunft zu Abend essen könnten, da es in Hakone nicht sehr viele Restaurants gibt. Wir haben uns für das a la Carte Menu entschieden. Die Portionen sind unglaublich klein. Beilagen wie Reis oder Gemüse muss man extra bestellen. Die Preise waren m.E. recht hoch für das, was man bekommen hat.
+ Very disappointing – mainly due to three aspects: 1. Our room (No. 211) wasn’t dirty, but it was simply ugly. I think the photo of the carpet and windows speaks for itself. 2. The beds aren’t proper beds but rather mattresses placed directly on the floor. They were far less comfortable than traditional futons we had elsewhere in Japan. 3. While it’s fair to say the “hotel” is transparent about the shared bathrooms, it would be helpful for other travelers to know that all male guests share just one shower, located in the onsen area.
- We gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because of the nice staff, good location, and decent breakfast.

- The room was dirty (dust on the furnitures, stains on the floor). The bed was really uncomfortable. It looks pretty worned. I had a rough night. The onsen is also not really clean (mold on the windows).
+ Las habitaciones muy sucia. No sé cómo, pero la cena estaba incluida y tenía el valor de 4000¥/persona. SCAM ALERT->solo tienen un menú de sopa. La sopa más cara que hemos comido nunca!
+ 下午辦理入住跟餐廳的帥哥很熱情，也盡可能的講解，行程變更時協助更換用餐時間，晚餐份量蠻大，挺有特色。
- 晚上的美女櫃台，雖然妳只是代收費用，失誤是下午同事收錯房費，但下午收款時並沒有給予任何刷卡單據，我不會知道我刷了多少錢，妳一直問刷多少我也不會知道，妳應該出示你所收款的金額證明，來佐證並解釋是否有短收後補收款，並不是急著收錢一直重複"can you pay now?" "can you pay now?" "can you pay now?"

+ The dinner package worked well for us. It is very close to main attractions and transport. Make sure you purchase a hakone free pass before arriving. Complimentary drinks and ice poles after onsen. They had kids menu options.
- This is not a family friendly hotel. Room walls are thin and if you book a dorm room, bathrooms are a walk from the room. The customer service staff were cold, accept for one waiter in the restaurant. Food is an interesting Japanese/Asian/Western, sometimes they nailed sometimes they didn't. You receive one pillow and they were lumpy.

+ The onsen was always empty when we visit and that was nice. Little ice cream and free soda for free was also great. The train station is like 1 minute away and that’s really good. The room was also fine for our needs. Good breakfast with lots of options for western people.

+ Mise à disposition d’un onsen. La cuisinette est pratique ainsi que la salle commune. Bien que notre chambre ne disposait pas de salle de bain, cela n’a pas été un inconvénient. Pas d’attente pour les toilettes et la douche. Qualité du restaurant de l’hôtel (dîner et petit déjeuner). Facile d’accès près de la gare. Navette gratuite en face de l’hôtel pour le musée Pola. Il y avait une petite famille avec des enfants bruyants et turbulents sur notre étage. Le personnel de l’hôtel est intervenu immédiatement à la suite de notre commentaire, c’est un endroit calme.
- Un peu froid dans les espaces communs. Un peu plus d’information devrait être fourni aux personnes qui utilisent le bain pour la première fois. Le soir impossible de se restaurer, tous les commerces ferment entre 16:30 et 17:00. Kombinis pas accessibles à pied.
+ La ubicación es muy buena. Las instalaciones son muy limpias y están en excelentes condiciones. El personal fue muy amable, especialmente Kotoko.

+ El personal muy atento. Al lado de la estación de tren y funicular, muy bien ubicado. Tiene onsen (no lo ocupé pero mi hermano sí, y todo super, hasta dan refrescos y helados a la salida). Desayuno buffet muy bueno.
- Que las camas estuvieran hechas y no tenga que hacerla uno.
+ WPÜ est un hôtel "jeune" avec une mentalité plus occidentale, "bobo". La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. L'hôtel dispose d'un onsen tattoo friendly ! Pour nous l'emplacement était idéal, jusque à côté de la gare de Gora, donc parfait pour entamer la journée par Ōwakudani. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bon, avec quelques options originales.
- Les murs sont assez fins, il est d'ailleurs demandé de respecter la tranquillité des autres à compter d'une certaine heure. Qui dit hôtel "jeune" ... dit jeunes 😂 Pas de chance pour nous, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un très grand groupe de jeunes scandinaves très bruyants.
