Colo Colo The Smart Hostel Valencia

El horario de la recepción es limitado, ponen a disposición un número en el que no contestan, me lleve la desagradable sorpresa que la ropa de la cama no la cambiaron me dejaron tal cual ,de la persona anterior que durmió ahi, que decepción,el espejo sucio, la habitación sucia , los baños muy sucios,en general la limpieza no su fuerte.

No good common area where you could have conversation without disrupting others. Barely anything was ever in stock, such as soap. Plates were dirty had to wash and then wash after each one. Fridge is too small for quantity of people located at the Hostel. Unable to lock the locker below the bed, must use a locker down the hall if you want security of your items. Bed was comfortable and your sleep area could be completely blacked out.

The arrangement was not a 3 bed mixed dorm as advertised. A more accurate description should be 20pax dorm with 3 larger beds… The description was extremely misleading. Absolute worst check in process. Having missed my train, I arrived at 11pm to an empty reception. The helpline was only in Spanish and no one picked up. After a few tries, I left a message and genuinely thought I was homeless for the night. Was bitten by mosquitoes in the half hour I waited. Zero staff on site, hospitality ...

Bed cubby’s are VERY HOT!!! And the bright lights in the room being on 24/7 is annoying because you need the shade to block the light but it’s so hot when you’re trapped in a wood box like that all night. Receptionist was very nice, a little weird they aren’t there past 6pm though. And the sliding glass door feels a little sketchy when your going back at night and there’s a bunch of people standing surrounding the door and you have to put the code in and then the door stays open for 30...

Le lit qu'on m'a assigné était sale : des miettes de nourriture dans les draps, un morceau d'ongle, des papiers de diachilon et des taches de sang. J'ai demander qu'on me change de lit, ce qu'ils ont du faire deux fois plutôt qu'une car aucun autre lit comme celui que j'avais payé n'était disponible. Lorsque j'ai finalement eu le bon lit, j'ai remarqué que les draps étaient installés par dessus le couvre lit (qu'ils ne lavent pas), ce qui est douteux côté hygiène... les douches bouch�...

Eigentlich eine schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft, leider waren die Toiletten und Duschen nicht sauber und ich hatte das Gefühl dass sie nicht ordentlich gereinigt wurden. Auch am Toilettenpapier wurde gespart, so dass man erst eine saubere Toilette suchen musste und dann bei einer anderen Toilette das Papier suchen musste.

This place needs more staff and whilst you pods are excellent and Peds comfortable the place falls down to small communal area and uncomfortable seats. There is no bar area to get a drink nly a small coffee machine and there is a lot of emphasis on guests cleaning up... Great showers and lady on the front desk Lorena was very helpful...

Probably a matter of preference but this has been my least favourite stay in 4 months of hostels. Probably won't do another smart hostel. My main issue was cleanliness of bathrooms

I think the on min área couldn’t have been cleaner and the restroom as well

Definitely worth it if you want privacy and cleanliness. Location is right in the heart of the city so fairly close to everything and just a bus ride away from the beach. The age range did seem to be older and as a young female I didn’t feel as though I connected with many other people. So if you are looking for young friends and lots of activities this may not be the hostel for you. But if you want a quiet, and relaxing/ comfortable place I would pick this hostel!

这家情侣是我住过的最棒的。地理位置非常的好。环境卫生各方面都很不错。而且服务人员非常的热情。里面年轻人也很多。都很友善。下次再到巴伦西亚的话，我还希望选择这一家。

A great hostel with good facilities and a perfect location accessible to the rest of the city. Having your own pod is a massive plus and the security is also great. The only downside is the fact that there are no hobs to cook with in the kitchen. Another thing to note is that it is a quieter hostel so if you’re looking for a party hostel it might not be for you, but it was exactly what we wanted!

Schönes Hostel, ich fand die Casitas sehr gemütlich! Allerdings wird es auch sehr warm darin...

Our stay was perfect, ideal location and the camisitas made the hostel feel like home !! We will definitely be back next time we visit Valencia

Very helpful staff. Great accomodation, good privacy on the pods . The beds are super comfortable. The facilities , the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. I would highly recommend.

The curtain on my bed was broken (29) and didn’t stay in place very well. I did really like the facility overall!

It was wonderful! Loved the vibe, comfy private cabinas, courtyard, and the location. The only issues that i noticed were that the toilets hadn't been scrubbed properly (especially around the hinges of the seat 😬), and the showers were poorly lit. This will be the first place that I would choose to book, on my next visit to Valencia!~

Excelente hostel! Las camas y ropa de cama divinas, las duchas Me Encantaron ! Super bien tener todo digitalizado para hacer check in/out y tener tus códigos de acceso ! Una experiencia de lujo y la zona super bien ubicada!

Really comfortable place, however, not a really social hostel! It is mostly for the people who want to keep it to themselves

Cómodo y super limpio. A 25 minutos tanto del centro como de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Poca atmósfera social y 0 actividadea

El concepto de smart hostel tenia sentido, pero los recepcionistas se iban a las 6PM y quedábamos solos, sin ni siquiera un voluntario. Para nada social, las áreas comunes muy pequeñas sin NINGUNA ACTIVIDAD. Es muy limpio, cama cómoda y muy buena ubicación, si es solo para dormir está bien. NO recomendado para solo traveler joven

Très bien! Nous étions deux jeunes femmes et nous nous sommes senties en sécurité pendant les deux nuits passées à Colo Colo Valencia. Les lits étaient propres et confortables, avec une bonne intimité. Les casiers à code sont très pratiques. Les installations étaient assez propres et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Il y avait quelques petites choses brisées ici et là, mais rien de vraiment dérangeant. À noter qu’il n’y a pas de four ni de plaques de cuisson dans la cuisine....

Facilities are beautiful! Everything is a 20-minute walk away, but I would definitely recommend staying there!
