Hostel 77 Bern

Overall I liked this hostel- the beds were nice and comfortable and I slept well. There was some black mold in the shower which is kinda annoying because of the price for the hostel. I also wish the bed was somewhat made upon entering because again the cost was pretty high. The staff was very nice and I liked the breakfast.

The breakfast was actually pretty good, and the staff were nice. It was a solid hostel. They didn’t have lockers in the same room and they were out in the hall way but other than that it was great.

Very nice hostel. Free breakfast and pool table makes up for the extortionate price. Paying almost £50 for one night is ridiculous. However as the only hostel in Bern, you don’t really have a choice. I had no problems with the hostel and had a good experience so would 100% recommend to anyone that is willing to pay the price for it.

The hostel was dreary. I could feel the old hospital athmosphere there which gave me chills. The breakfast wasn’t that comprehensive although there was gluten free bread avaible.

One of the only options in this city. Fine for maybe one night but no privacy, charging points etc. Toilets were disgusting!

Repeated difficulty with staff the two times I interacted with them... - they did not provide breakfast to go as was discussed - asks girl at desk if I may sit and open the window and charge phone; while on phone she aggressively came over and closed the window, I got off the phone and broached the subject by asking if she was cold, she responded by tell me there are other places to sit and charge phone - while getting directions to funicular by bus I ask 3 times in which direction to c...

Clean, safe, proper place, but no atmosphere for backpackers. More like a family hotel

Great calm hostel in Bern, a 30 min walk or a 10 min bus ride from the main station. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the included breakfast is very good!

This was the best out of all the hostels I stay from Belgium to Interlaken . Staff was friendly and helpful, atmosphere was clean, refreshing . Just lovely .

Pretty far from everything. Unfortunate that there are no curtains on the beds. Bit of an off-putting vibe, not a lot of young travelers. Nice that they give you a free transit pass and the included breakfast was good.

Lovely hostel slightly out of the way but you get a free travel pass so can’t complain in the slightest, staff were super friendly and helpful and the kitchen was very clean… also free breakfast was delicious

One of my favorite hostels so far. Such a good price for all that’s included. Kind and helpful staff! Very clean and comfortable areas to chill. Only complaint was that my bed was squeaky haha. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

Amazing hostel, really comfortable. Sadly, there is not a lot of spaces to socialize with other people. But the rest was great.

Ich habe das erste Mal in einem Hostel übernachtet und fand es richtig toll! Alles war sehr sauber. Das Team wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Bern Ticket ist man sehr flexibel. Und das Frühstück völlig ausreichend! Gerne wieder!

Great hostel, really recommend! The included breakfast and bus pass made the price so worth it!

The rooms were very well maintained and the bathrooms/showers were very clean as well. Location is okay, but there isn't much to do without going into the city. Luckily there is a bus that run frequently close by and its a short ride there, but if your looking for walking distance activities there aren't that many.

I loved this Hostel. You are given a Bus ticket durinduring your stay so the location isn't an issue. I had a great night sleep, met great people and had the best breakfast! 100% recommend and would stay again. Plus the bears in Bern are beautiful!

great staff and great breakfast. weird location, felt a little abandoned and sketchy and 30 min walk from city center. decently clean facilities just felt outdated. didn't feel like a social hostel at all, everyone was doing their own thing.

11 von 10 Sternen. Supersauber, gute Matratze, alles funktioniert, mit im Preis inkludiertem Bus in 7min in der City, Haltestelle 2 min. Fußweg. Gutes Frühstück mit grandiosem Kaffeevollautomat, Personal freundlich. Richtig gutes Preis-Leistungsvwrhältnis
