- I woke up during night because of insect bites. Not cool.
I want a refund for the reservation I made. When I arrived at the hostel, they said that people my age couldn't stay there. I had to book another one.
Good hostel and location. Run by volunteers mostly, after hours no assistance when there are issues. Signs indicate a strict 11pm curfew, both nights this was broken well past 11pm and made it difficult to sleep. This was pretty much a party hostel, owner of the hostel responded to me 3 days later after I messaged them at 12am asking them to fix the issue. Not good for sleeping
Scandaleux ! Je n’ai pas pu utiliser la chambre payée car j’ai plus de 44 ans! J’ai dû louer une autre chambre ailleurs et j’ai été séparée de ma fille. Elle m’a dit que la salle de bain était moisie. Nous voyageons depuis 3 semaines avec Hostelworld, et c’est la première fois qu’on me bloque pour l’âge… C’était pourtant simple de me demander l’âge à la réservation, j’aurais cherché ailleurs, évidemment … Indiquer cette limite d’âge dans les CGU permet...
Scandalous ! I couldn't use the rented room because I was over 44! I had to rent another room elsewhere and I was separated from my daughter. She said the bathroom was moody. We've been traveling for 3 weeks with Hostelworld, and this is the first time they've blocked me for age... It was simple to ask me age at booking, I would have looked elsewhere, obviously... Indicating this age limit in the UGC allows you to cash out easily!
I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a hostel. The atmosphere from the owner was super off-putting and other guests agreed. The facilities are a health hazard to say the least. The private room smelled extremely musty and we discovered mold all over the mattress and bed frame. When this issue was brought to staff it was dismissed and they said there was nothing they could do since there is only one tiny window in the room. Kitchen is very dirty - bugs everywhere and one tiny dirty dish to...

Pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur. C’est inacceptable en été surtout en période de canicule. Impossible pour moi de dormir (ni pour les autres personnes dans la chambre) tellement la chaleur était pesante (34 degrés) C’est la première fois que je vis une telle situation dans une auberge. Par ailleurs, l’odeur des cuisines et des douches est désagréable. Point positif : la localisation
No air conditioning or ventilation. This is unacceptable in summer especially during the heat wave. There was mold everywhere in the beds and the bathroom… made us cough a lot in the morning… otherwise a good location
No kitchen. They say there is a kitchen but there is nothing to cook with and it’s very dirty. The bathrooms are also dirty. Not worth the money

Very nice hostel to say in. Everyone is so friendly, so much stuff to do around, atmosphere very calming everywhere you go,… the kitchen is very organised and the rooms&bathrooms are always clean. I would 100% recommend. :)

This hostel felt so homely and comfortable. Bedrooms and facilities are clean, and the kitchen was super convenient to use, location is also super close to the lake and staff are always there and happy to help you navigate the area. The staff here are truly amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, especially Klemen and the volunteers, including Fernanda. My friend even left her headphones and they went as far as to post it back :) thank you so much, we will definitely return!

+ communication before check in was very good, beds were clean and quite comfortable, was quite near bled castle and the lake, staff was very helpful, overall a great stay.
- the cooking area closes at 10pm which was quite early as i came back a bit late from elsewhere and had to eat out

+ 洗濯機を無料で利用できたことが本当にありがたかったです！洗剤は2€でレセプションで購入できます。乾燥は近くのスーパーでできる案内がありましたが、宿内に物干し竿があったので乾かせました！ 夜行バスで２３時ごろ発だったのですが、その時間まで共有スペースを利用させていただけ、Wi-Fiが使えたり荷物が置けてとても助かりました！ありがとうございます！
