+ Cafeteria and staff
- Short length bed, if you are slightly tall, you can't sleep comfortably and uncomfortable bed. Light switches are at the weird place and you will find difficult. No balcony in the room and not a Pleasant lights inside No Other facilities like shower gel, shampoo Reception is little far from property and you will find really difficult to talk to thier customer care, talk to us option is fake. Whatever or as much as you type, it's AI generated reply. They make you so frustrating if you have any issue, you can't reach out to anyone easily. And property number is their centralized number, you can't connect anyone directly.

- Absolutely horrific experience. It should be permanently delisted and blacklisted or better, closed.

+ The room smelled like cigarretes. There's a construction site next door that starts early in the morning Food was mediocre at best Not up to the standards of this chain
+ Absolutely nothing
- Firstly as per advertisemnt it was free parking but there was no such facility. We have to pay for parking and then bring our luggage on a slope of 30m on the way to restaurant. Then we were given a room key and the room was nothing like it was shown in ads. It was very small and smelly. There was leftover food from previous guest still in front of the door. Bedsheet were burnt from cigratte and had holes. Hosteller pillows were absolutely pathetic and dirty. Airconditioner was making sound as soon as it was turned ON. No towels even after we requested them face to face with staff. All the staff had no sense of customer servive. There was no room service facility and we had to pick our food to the room from other building - not even same building.

+ Nice hostel. Uphill near old kasol. Nice rooftop cafe.
- Café has no water or soda for sale. Beds are too small for people over 6". No laundry. No heating for dorms. It was freezing cold inside the bedroom.
+ Stay was worth the money.
- Lift were nit working and the kitchen had very slow services.
+ Amazing view and great management

+ Location and staff
- Services...bathroom didn't have Geysers working for running water and that's when outside temperature is 1° Celsius.
+ Nice hostel, clean, has energy generator. Energy shortage is very common in Kasol. Staff is very nice, front desk guys, cleaning guys, manager is very polite.
- Bed is too small for people higher than 6". I had to sleep sideways all 7 nights. People on the restaurant should learn more english to make communication easy with foreigners. Hostel restaurant does not sell sodas (Coca-Cola, thums up, limca, sprite) or water bottles). If I want a simple water bottle I have to go downhill and buy at market street.

+ Nice spacious room. Far from the croud (except when party in the hostel).
- Hot water issues, cold in the room in December (no heating), the reservation, check-in and payment in the hostels own app is complicated (especially for non-Indian guests)
