+ Si la instalaciones son relativamente bien.tiene buena vista lo cual no es gracias al hostal,
- Lo veo mas que un bar con piscina no muy limpia la verdad , ofrecen un cocotero de bienvenida el cual nunca ofrecen , y pareciera que se debiera mendigar y el barman quiere ser atento pero no lo logra, no debería ofrecer cosas que no dan y no son claros en sus condiciones. No tienen cocina compartida lo cual no deberían llamarlo hostal.

- La atención muy mala, pagué una habitación buena y no tenía agua, después no tenía agua caliente, el personal no me dio soluciones en el desayuno no nos atendieron bien, en las actividades tampoco nos atendieron bien

- Los precios súper caro, la comida demoran hasta 2 horas, el último día solicité el desayuno , esperé hasta hora y media y nada que lo traía, en última no espere más, fui por mi maleta hice él check off y me tocó ir a comer al pueblo , pésimo servicio con los tiempos de servicio

- La recepción es pésima. La info no especifica que no admiten mascotas en habitaciones compartidas. Los chicos de la entrada no se ofrecieron a ayudarme a encontrar otro lugar a pesar de que era tarde y venía viajando de lejos en moto con mi perro. Cero empáticos y cero buena vibra... Ese no es el espíritu de los viajeros... 👎
+ Burada harika insanlar tanıdım. Öncellikle bardan sorumlu kıymetli dostum Alex ve Danny harikasınız. Sonrasında restoranttan sorumlu Javi ve Angela. Sizlerin güler yüzünü hergün görmek bana pozitif enerji verdi. Ve tabii ki reception’da Marcela ve Carolina. Hostel yeni ve bazı şeyler zamanla daha iyi olabilir (restorant yemek seçenekleri ve wifi). Ayrıca odalar, lavabolar ve çarşaflar tertemiz. - Çalışanların ismini tek tek yazdım ve hepsine teşekkür ettim yalnızca bir kişi var bu hostelde çalışmasını geçtim bence Kolombiya’da turizmin hiçbir alanında çalışmamalı. Adı Mateo ya da Matteo genç 23-24 hafif uzun boylu biri. Kendisinin tek amacı akşamlar jakuzide eğlenirken yalnız seyahat eden kızların sarhoş olmasını bekleyip onlarla cinsel sohbetler etmek ve seksüel oyunlar oynamak ve jakuzide herkesin yanında kızlarla öpüşmek ve kızlar isterse de onlarla seks yapmak. Diğer erkek kızları da öpüşmeye zorlamak ve onlar öpüştükten sonra kendisi de istediği kişiyi rahatça öpmek. Bence turizm bu olmamalı. Kendisinin etik yargıları olmasa bile diğer gezginlerin ve hostelin olması gerekir. Bu öpüşme oyunundan bile rahatsız olup jakuziden erken ayrılan kızlar bile oldu. Mateo’nın bu hareketi tüm doğru olanları götürdü ve Viajero Guatape benim aklımda seks luna parkı olarak kaldı.
Extremly expensive food, which is quite bad. The staff is extremly unprepaired for the job. My laundry has just been forgotten.

Viajero Guatape was lovely - perfect getaway from busy Medellin. The hostel is clean, rooms are comfortable, lots of areas to chill out by the pool or the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Sofia at reception! They have lots of different activities every day including paddle boarding, kayaking, and tours into town. Each night they have a social with all the guests and the bonfire was a highlight! Also a restaurant onsite with a great breakfast. Highly recommend!
Sofia was great, very helpful with information and organising things. Lots of activities on the activity board.
Great stay, it was not that busy but perfect to relax from busy Medellin. Sofia helped us out a lot!

Great place by the lake, perfect for a short a short stay in Guatape. Sofia on reception was wonderful, very helpful and gave the best recommendations for the rest of the trip.

I stayed at Viajero Guatape for two nights and I had a great time. It is super cheap for what it is. They have a pool and a jacuzzi. You can rend kayaks and SUPs. They have different types of tours that you can join and free activities with the volunteers like workout or walking tour. Sofía at the reception helped me with every question. I had the most fun while playing games in the evening with the other guests and volunteers. My recommendation: go swim in the lake, it's not that cold.
Fue una grata sorpresa llegar al lugar, es muy hermoso el entorno, lo tienen muy cuidado y limpio, la construcción muy armoniosa con el enterno. Y al entrar a la habitación... WOW, un ventanal de piso a techo con la vista espectacularcal embalse, formidable. Dormí riquísimo, la cama y almohadas muy confortables. Excelente lugar.

- La habitación en que nos quedamos no era muy cómoda pues éramos cinco personas y nos asignaron igual una habitación de hostal de ocho camarotes esperábamos una habitación diferente más grande para cinco personas como ha sucedido en otros hostales. Esta habitación si era muy pequeña
