H2O Hostel

+ Je réservé 4 chambre est une fois arrivé sur place ils nous ont donné que deux chambre et ils nous ont dit ils faut porte plainte contre Booking car c'est eux qu'ils sont en tord pourtant ils avait une groupe des 10 personnes des Paris c'était pareille ils ont réservé une seule chambre pour 10 personnes et une arrivée sur place ils ont séparé en 2 chambre c'est juste inadmissible

- Accueil vraiment pas sympa

- uno ostello che non ha posto per le biciclette e dice di lasciarle in un cortile accessibile a tutti, come dire al ladro: le biciclette sono qui per essere rubate.

- L'appartamento era brutto e sporco, la doccia inguardabile, i mobili vecchi, sporchi e rotti. I letti IKEA con materassi bassissimi: ci siamo alzati tutti con mal di schiena. Biancheria misera, logora e insufficiente (niente asciugamani). Odore di muffa insopportabile. Davanti all'entrata di casa c'era un cantiere edile con materiale accatastato ovunque e aree demolite.

- Bathroom: walls and shower covered in pink "mold" and spots of black mold Beds: the bunk bed is falling appart, the upper frame is no longer attached and looks like it will fall onto the lower bunk bed anytime. There is one double bed in the room and it appears that strangers might have to share Smell: the room smells terrible, which is not surprising since the window barely opens and with five people in a room and a kitchen without ventilation, mold and bad smells will occur

+ O único ponto positivo é a localização, próxima ao centro e de fácil acesso.

- O quarto e o banheiro estavam completamente mofados. A única janela é minúscula e não garante ventilação, deixando o quarto sempre úmido, a ponto de a própria janela ficar molhada por dentro, e o cheiro de mofo é constante e insuportável. A roupa de cama já estava úmida quando cheguei e, além disso, os hóspedes ainda precisam retirar a roupa de cama na saída. O banheiro também apresentava muito mofo, visível por baixo de várias camadas de pintura descascando. Tive contato com três funcionárias, apenas uma foi gentil, as outras, rudes e desagradáveis. Pelo preço cobrado, a experiência é péssima e não vale de forma alguma.

- I never ever post. Unless the place has a terrible flaw. For the rooms... you get what you pay for. It is fine that the room and main check-in are in seperate buildings. You would have to walk in one place and into another to get questions answered. 1) I was shown to my bunk bed. It was there where I was told that I could pay a refundable deposit for a locker key. (Would have been great to be told when I checked in... instead of walking back and forth. But ok.) 2) I went to the male receptionist and asked for a locker key. He asked me which locker, and he informed me that he didn't know which one I wanted. (Red flag). Walked back and forth to check the locker numbers close to my bunk. I went back and informed him I wanted locker 4. Paid and got the key. Went out to eat and explore with the key. 3) Came back to chill at the main office. The male receptionist answered all of my questions professionally. 4) I go into the room and find that someone else's belongings are in locker 4. The locker key I put in a deposit for (I am confused.) 5) I went back to the receptionist, and he told me that I owned the locker and I could take the stuff out. (I am a guest, and I do not want to fight with other guests.) He says that we are all guests and implied that I had the right to take the stuff out (without their permission)... or that I could get another locker. I then asked what am I to do if the locker is full... he said to go back to him for another key. I tell him that I do not want to go back and forth figuring out which locker was empty and free. The hostel should know. He then told me that he was not going to go and work this issue out. I got my key deposit back, stormed out, and said I should not be dealing with the locker issue and that he should do his job. This whole issue could have been avoided if they had a system in place where beds were assigned to lockers and people had to pay a deposit for the key.

- Não existem funcionários depois de certa hora. E infelizmente, uma pessoa pegou minha cama, criando uma situação extremamente chata. Não gostei. E no dia seguinte, o funcionário me disse que não poderia fazer nada, e que a culpa não era deles. Talvez a culpa seja minha de ter reservado quarto com antecedÊncia no Most Hostel.

- スタッフの対応 チェックイン時間になっても準備できていなかった。 自分のタオルを誤って回収された。 いずれも謝罪なく、横柄な態度。

- It is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. The room looked like a prison room. For starters, the ventilation didn't work and it was such a small space with five beds and 10 people and you could smell all kinds of smells. Also, it looks like a place that houses homeless people. There was a man about 55 years old who counted a lot of coins in a bag, and he was invasive with the other guests. I think he lives there because he had a table next to it and he was the only person who had that and several times I saw him eating a hard bread there on the bed. Also, the bathroom door was not working and could not be closed, the door had a hole in it and the people in the room could see. The toilet is inside the bathroom and when you take a bath, all the water falls on the floor because the bathroom doesn't have a protective door so everything is disgusting. The ceiling of the bathroom is in a bad state and looks like it is going to fall down. There is only one toilet and then you have to wait for nine people to take a bath or do your basic needs. The beds are super small, they also make a lot of noise, it is not even possible to sit down because the top bed is super close. The space is super small and the bunk beds are next to each other, so you have to wait for the other person to finish doing something if they are next to you, it is almost impossible to move. In the room there was a big hole in the floor because apparently they started to do some work and didn't finish it. In the courtyard, there was excrement and it stank, and everything is dirty, disorganised and in a stage of work. There is no common space to meet with the other guests. To top it off, the day I arrived they had just washed the bathroom and left bleach everywhere, I put my clothes in the sink and all my clothes ended up stained.... In short, this place does not meet the basic measures of what can be considered a hostel.

+ Receptionists were very nice and helpful. There was a fully equipped kitchen in the room.

- L’aria condizionata si accendeva ciclicamente tutta la notte e disturbava il sonno per il rumore e l’aria fredda

+ Hostelin konumu harika. Çalışanlar özellikle çantamı bırakma konusunda çok yardımseverdi.

- Dışarıdan çok fazla ses geliyor. Kapının önünde durup konuşanlar... Özellikle ilk gecemde, balkonda oturanlar geç saatlere kadar yüksek sesle konuştular. Bu durum hostelin hatası değil ama rahatsız olabilirsiniz.

+ The location is very cool and close to everything in the city

- The property actually was very good and very clean, but the people that were staying in the hostel were very stinky so we couldn’t sleep, there was a shoe smell everywhere and we had to open the windows and the door for the entire night

- The room smelt very bad. There were no curtains in the mixed dorm which made me feel comfortable. I would not stay there alone as a female. The mattress and pillow were super uncomfortable. The hostel is on a Main Street so it very loud at night. There is no kitchen.

- That was a small studio flat room shared by 5 people. It was not a hostel. This studio room was in a building on the second floor, on a side courtyard near the river. It was not a hostel at all, a room with kitchen and bath. The bath&toilet was tiny and filthy

- Находится внутри очень старого и страшненького подъезда, нет кухни/микровооновки, как в обычных хостелах, общий холодильник стоит в подъезде, не рекомендую пользоваться. Кондиционера нет, летом будет очень жарко. Электр чайник протекал. Высокий этаж без лифта

+ Ubicacion y trato. Muy limpio.
