By far one of the last expensive hostels I’ve ever stayed in I. Europe & was certainly not good value for money. Beds comfortable, check in / out easy & nice communal area / good facilities, but could definitely have been cleaner, beds very squeaky & saw lots of mice around the hostel.

Awful location. Don't bother. Children screaming.

Öncelikle konum olarak merkezden çok uzak 30dk sürdü otobüsle. İkinci olarak en önemlisi odalar çok soğuk kızım montla uyumak zorunda kaldık tavanlar anlamsız yüksek olduğu üçün oda ısınmıyor kalorifer küçük ve yetersiz. Tuvalet ve banyonun durumu çok kötü. Door een dansfeest op 20.12.2025 dat tot 1 uur duurde te korte nacht gehad. De muziek stond veeeeeel te luid!!! We lagen op de eerste verdieping en oordoppen hielpen niet. Ik heb dit gemeld en de mensen van de balie waren zeer vriendelijk en begripvol. Toch was het geen fijne nacht!

“El albergue que creía ser hotel de 4*” Comento sobre el hotel, habitación privada para dos personas. Precio como cualquier buen hotel pero con habitación y servicios de un albergue. Habitación: sin televisión, sin armario solo taquillas, solo una toalla sin toalla de manos sin alfombrilla de ducha, sin amenities solo dispensador de jabón, sin vaso para enjuagarse, ventanales de madera donde se filtra el frió, no hay cambio de toallas ni de sabanas en 3 días,... I am a german can collector who collects rare and exclusive cans. I came to Amsterdam to meet a seller and bought a rare missprint. I put that rare can into a locker in my room and when I came back to my room in the evening the can was GONE! The staff just threw away MY OWN PROPERTY without asking a single question! Unbelievable! This is unacceptable!

Alors, je tiens à dire que cet hôtel nous demande de mettre les draps tous seuls, on ne peut que prendre un dessert ☹️

Wij vonden de gastvrijheid van deze hostel niet heel goed. De comfort kamer die op de site staat is waarschijnlijk niet wat je krijgt, wij hadden namelijk 2 gescheiden bedden (waar de matrassen erg hard van waren) in een klein kamertje. Als je naar een stayokay wil in Amsterdam kies dan die in het Vondelpark deze is echt een aanrader.

This hostel was awful. The worst one we have ever experienced. Very very very dirty. The room was dirty you could see dust and garbage from the previous customer on the ground in every corner. The shower had mold I have the picture. The pillows were like a piece of worn cloth mooshed dirty. I'm glad I chose to stay here on my visit to Amsterdam. This place was perfect for a first time hostel stay. Came with my Aunt and we were comfortable in a private ensure room. The café was great. coffee & muffin for €6. I wish I stayed more nights to attend some of the events they had lined up. If I were solo I'd feel safe here too. the hostel itself was a nice place, however, I didn't like the fact that they charged 4x their usual price due to Harry Styles concert; could not fault the staff, very helpful; rating the atmosphere high, not because of the hostel itself, but because I was lucky to have friendly roommates

Staff is super friendly, and location is good being in a calmer neighborhood super well connected to the busy city center by tram in 15min. Good food options around the hostel too. Ambiance was very low on the weekend I visited, groups stayed between each other with no real openness to mix or include people. DJ on Saturday did get some people together. Excelente hostal, limpio y agradable. Tiene un sector de bar/ restaurante con buenos precios y espacio para relajarse y compartir. El desayuno tiene un costo adicional de €10, es bufete y muy completo. No compartimos pieza con gente desconocida porque vinimos en grupo. Muy recomendado. Solo está un poco lejos del centro pero está cerca de un paradero y una estación de tren.

Great place to stay if you would safe money a bit!The ladder from the bed was not so good but I had a reservation for a bed down.In 15min by tram youre at the central station!That was great!Great bed and clean bathrooms!

Stayed for two nights and had no problems. A great hostel with a nice communal area downstairs, good atmosphere and bar. The rooms were clean and my only complaint really is that the toilet and shower facilities felt cramped. A good 15 minute walk from the station as well so good value for money.

The location, even though not super close to the city center, is good. Much more chill neighborhood. The front desk is nice, however, the hostel is so huge it looks like a hotel. The beds had no curtains, and no separation between bedroom and sinks, so you could hear everybody’s business – as well as see everybody. Wifi connection at the room was terrible, but better in the common area. And this was the first hostel I’ve ever stayed that didn’t have a fridge. Kind of strange to be hone...

Overall had a great time! We picked this hostel because of how welcoming and friendly it looked, as well as to avoid the noisy streets of the accommodations in town - this one is approximately 20min from Centraal station, public transport works well. Friendly staff. Just one area of improvement: the lights in the room. In our case the bathroom lights had no light switch, they were always on (or so it seemed) + the mini light over the sink is too small, feels almost as a decoration an not useful.

It was, as the name suggests, okay. The common area was pretty good and it is huge. Good location 5 min walk to tram stop. I dislike how they charge for luggage storage for guests.

Hotel insgesamt angenehm, da schöne Aufenthaltsräume im EG, vor allem für Kinder und Jugendliche interessant. Sehr guter Service/ Rezeption/ Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Leider kein eigener Parkplatz. Das nächste Parkhaus ist teuer und muss hauptsächlich zu Fuß (18 min) erreicht werden. Zimmer könnten sauberer und gemütlicher sein, sind typisch für eine Jugendherberge eingerichtet. Overall good hostel. The sink was in the room so I often went downstairs to brush my teeth and get ready, to not disturb anyone. Clean place and 4 minute walk to a tram station that easily gets you to Amsterdam Central.

It is a great value for money hostel

Auberge très chaleureuse avec son bar et sa grande salle avec canapé,billard, tables. Les chambres sont correctes et propres , seul problème elles ne sont pas bien insonorisées donc on entend bien les voisins à toute heure si ils ne sont pas discret. Le personnel est très disponible et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais copieux avec du choix. Pour moi, c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix.
