+ Nothing, ur deceiving people and not writing that the basic rooms are in a different building and in a different hotel. Felt like a youth hostel

- we were lead to believe it was by the beach but we were out on the other side of the road ... and in my opinion it needs knocking down and rebuilding.... very old ... very dated ... had a small balcony but no door to get on it just a window and that was nailed closed so you could not open it ... no plugs by TV to plug in your fire stick so they gave us an extension lead which was very dangerous in my opinion as we could trip over as plug was on the other side of the room .... we bought our own double adapter which fitted behind the TV we did ask the maintenance man to help us ...the breakfast room you can only use the one on your side if the road ... if you are on the other side of the road you can have breakfast overlooking the beach on our side you look at walls ...... no light in the shower area .... and as it was pretty grim you needed a light ..... and lastly for for a 4* hotel I would rate it a 2*.... you have been warned..

- I feel somewhat scammed. I booked the hotel via booking.com and payed roughly 200 Euros for the room with Garden view. On booking it is really not clear that you will book a room in a different building and the "garden" is a parking spot (see picture) for scooters. Moreover, since you did not book deluxe room, you also have to pay extra for breakfast if you want to have it in the deluxe part of the building (with a view of the ocean). Overall, the value for the money is bad, I feel scammed and i will never go to a Mercure hotel again.
+ סגרנו לפי התמונות לפי בוקינג וברגע שהגענו למלון ביקשו באיתנו להוסיף 130 דולר לאגף של המלון ברגע שלא הסכמנו העבירו אותנו לאגף אחר מעבר לכביש שבכלל לא קשור למלון ולא מופעי בתמונות מתברר שהיו עוד כמה זוגות שהיו באותה סיטואציה שלא הסכימו להוסיף שלא לדבר על האגף האחר מעבר לכביש שיהיה מתחת לכל ביקורת נגעלתי להתקלח וגם לישון למיטה שהיתה כמו קרש להזהר לא לסגור קיבלנו יחס מזלזל וחוויה שממש הרסה לנו
- יחס מזלזל נוכלות ללא התחשבות ביקשו מאיתנו להוסיף 130 דולר לעבור לאגף חדש משלא הסכמנו שמו אותנו מעבר לכביש
+ כלום מלון מרוחק מאד לא שווה את הכסף
- שירות זוועה!!! שילמנו 1000 דולר לשני לילות וקיבלנו שירות של מלון ב 3 שקל חוסר אכפתיות ביקשתי למעלה מ 5 פעמים לקבל שירות חדרים לחדר פשוט לא היה אכפת להם כל דבר צריך להוסיף מגבת מלכוכלת 200 באט מטריה החזרנו אותה אבל הם לא מצאו אותה אז עוד 500 באט שירות אפס פשוט.

+ All the staff were a credit to the hotel, room was a good size and very clean, pool area was wonderfull and access to the beach very good. We had a Deluxe room with a sea view it was our 20 year wedding aniversary treat my wife loved it very much. We live in Thailand so we will be back again hopefully very soon.
- The Taxis service was expensive. 200 bht to travel just 2k
