Guiana Hostel

- I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an extremely unacceptable experience at your listed property. Today, my mother was treated in a disrespectful and discriminatory manner by the staff: • She was looked up and down. • When she used a translator, the staff laughed at her and made comments mocking her nationality, mentioning “Korean.” • Even though she could not understand the language, she clearly felt humiliated and discriminated against. We did not pay to experience this kind of treatment.

- 가성비가 좋지않음. 주방시설이 부족, 모든게 결제없이는 사용할 수 없는 시스템.

- The beds do not have stairs in the bunk, they are not for pilgrims.

- La climatisation bloquée à 25 degrés

+ On the plus side it's very clean and the check in is very easy with everything explained about the WiFi code, locker and optional breakfast.

- This hostel charges extra for bedding. I've stayed in lots of albergues and hostels in many countries and I've never been expected to put on a free paper sheet and pillow case or pay extra for sheets. The dorms are modern and clean but they are lit up like a Christmas tree all night without any darkness. They are even brighter like floodlights in a football stadium if any of the other guests so much as move.and they take a long time to go off. Impossible to sleep and not at all comfortable.

- Pagamos por um quarto privativo, porém nao havia toalhas.. tivemos que pagar pra ter um absurdo..... a cozinha só tem micro-ondas... pelo valor que pagamos poderia ficar em um hotel com tudo incluso, então melhor verificar outras possibilidades. O chuveiro desliga a cada dez segundos... tinha cabelo no chuveiro do hóspede anterior...

+ The property was in a great location and easy to find. Large common area.

- The rooms were incredibly uncomfortable and hot with no ventilation. The toilet and shower are in the bunk room making it even stuffier.

+ Emplacement parfait et équipement incroyable. Tout est neuf, spacieux et hyper bien conçu. Un coin nuit et un coin douche, toilettes et casiers avec cloison amovible pour ne pas perturber le sommeil des autres pèlerins. Vraiment très bien conçu. Super petit déjeuner également. Je recommande !

- El hecho de tener que presionar el botón cada cinco segundos al ducharse, para que salga el agua, es incómodo. Las sábanas de tela son incómodas, tampoco incluye toallas ni secador.

+ El hostal tiene todo lo que un peregrino puede necesitar, además esta todo limpísimo. Destacar el buen personal que tienen, que te tratan genial en todo momento.

+ Todo, bonito, moderno, comodo.

- No estaba habilitado el desayuno.

- Modèle très impersonnel. Rusticité de la cuisine...il y a le strict minimum mais la plupart du temps ça suffit.
