+ The hostel was very clean, and the common areas, including the kitchen and shared facilities, were well maintained and organized.
- During my stay, I accidentally broke a bowl and immediately asked how much the compensation would be. I was charged ARS 12,000 for a single bowl, which felt clearly overpriced to me. Although I accepted the charge as it was my responsibility, the situation negatively affected my overall experience.
- It's clean but a reception guy tried to charge me the commission fee the hostel is due to pay to Booking.com for my reservation in addition to the room rate. I repeat, he attempted to charge me the COMMISSION FEE. I said ”That's not right”, but with a serious look, he said that he must charge me the COMMISSION FEE because Booking.com is charging them a commission. And I had to fight back really hard because he wouldn't listen. At the bottom line, he attempted to charge more than what was on the confirmation email. A simple administrative mistake? If so, why is every ”mistake” Argentinians make is about overcharging me, but never undercharging me? In a neutral world, isn't the probability of under and overcharging a customer 50/50? This clarifies the true intent of Argentinians and hostel operators and I really hate Argentinians because of all the bad experiences including this one. Argentinians, pay back your national debt. Stop defaulting and stop deceiving/ ripping off foreigners. They really are very irresponsible, cunning people who always attempt to get away with any obligations they may have while leveraging on the situation to take the most advantage of others, and I really hate them and I have been very offended by the hostel's attempt to overcharge me. Greedy, scamming Argentinians, you are the only one who have ever attempted to charge me the COMMISSION FEE in the entire world, making you the worst population on earth.
+ Neat and good facilities, quite comfortable and the staff solved any issue rapidly.
- The toilets could be cleaned a bit more frequently. Not the coziest place.

TUVE MUCHO FRÍO POR LA NOCHE ( SOY DE LAS PERSONAS CHAPADAS O EDUCADAS A LA ANTIGUA, QUE SI NO ME DICEN O ACLARAN "ESTO LO PODES USAR, O ESTO ES PARA VOS"NO LO TOCO.- NO LO AGARRO)

- Messed up my laundry and put it together with other peoples laundry. Glad I was first at the reception to pick out my laundry from the other guests

Great great Hostel. Very relaxing, clean and spacious. Staff were extremely friendly as well. We stayed in a private and honestly it was the nicest hostel room I’ve had! 10/10 would recommend

I would definitely recommend this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly, the location was fantastic, and it was extremely clean (they even provided fresh towels every day, which wasn't even necessary). Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!

Perfect for 1 night before getting bus to Bolivia, 25 min walk to bus station. Room was cramped with 4 single beds. Kitchen looked great, really cute kitten, and nice back outside space. Great location.

Lovely hostel and staff! Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the location was great. The hostel itself is very chill so is at times not very sociable, but we really liked the stay!

The nicest hostel I have stayed in during my trip round South America. The cleanliness is exceptional, the location is exceptional, the staff are super friendly and the fresh towels and room service every day make such a difference. The kitchen is big and well equipped and it feels like a family home. Can’t recommend it enough!

Apparently due to previous travellers abusing the system however a bit annoying/expensive Would (and did) stay again

Sometimes you book a hostel with a great score and wonder how they got that, not here. Free towel and they change the bed sheets daily which is great for longer stays. This place is amazing value, have paid more for much less. No complaints, will be back.

Super Hostel! Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hostel ist unglaublich sauber und alles ist sehr gepflegt, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Man bekommt sogar Handtücher, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Insgesamt fühlt es sich fast eher wie ein Hotel als wie ein Hostel an. Klare Empfehlung!:)
Super schönes Hostel! Alles ist so schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Bäder wurden mehrmals täglich geputzt und Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein sehr entspanntes Hostel, also super um sich auszuruhen. Der Wäscheservice war sehr schnell und man kann sich auch Fahrräder ausleihen.
Clivias is the cleanest hostel we’ve stayed in, for both the common areas and bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, 20 min walk from the bus station and right next to all of the city’s bars, restaurants and landmarks. They offer a washing service which is the best we’ve used so far. Perfect for people wanting to explore Salta capital and Province. Would recommend to everyone.
El lugar es muy linda y super tranquilo y cómodo. La ubicación es excelente, esta cerca de todo lo que necesitas hacer a pie y para ir a las excursiones te pasan a buscar porque queda dentro del rango! El precio es hasta diria qué demasiado barato, una ganga
