All in all not happy, booked a private en-suite but when arrived we were told that they had none available. Reason being that because we’d booked so far in advance, (6 weeks!) they’d let them out because they weren’t sure if we were going to turn up! Also tried to charge us for another night as they charge midnight to midnight!! Woman used her poor 13 year old son to translate. He was excellent and we felt sorry for him being put in this position of having to deal with unhappy guests Would...
