Terrible rooms, very ugly and very dirty. The location and the name of the hostel is different than the one said in the website. It is above the bee bar pub which we didn't know of and we're not informed in advance. Stay away. Not recommended.

Ik kwam om 3 uur snachts aan. Heb hier contact over gehad met personeel, naar de locatie gelopen. Helaas niets kunnen vinden, gebeld Er staanblijkbaar 2verschillende adressen hier. Naar de andere met de grab, helaas was dit een oud adres. Uiteindelijk hier verbleven (bamboo riverside home). Overdag nog een keer gekeken, maar niets..

Wouldn’t stay again. After a long day of travel we arrived to sheets that had small red stains and a bathroom that seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while (we were in a private room). The beds were rock hard and the sheet felt like it was a tarp. We asked the front desk for new sheets and they did so. I would say you get what you pay for but we have paid less for way better. L’hostel n’a rien à voir avec les photos, j’ai eu du mal à le trouver car il n’a plus le même nom. Les chambres sont lugubres, pas de clé, pas de coffre pour les sacs, le lit en hauteur n’avait pas de barrière sur le côté. Le petit dej est approximatif soit disant 7h-10h à 7h30 toujours personne Le personnel est très gentil par contre mais il faut partir à leur recherche pour les trouver. L’hostel est au centre donc très pratique. Le bar en bas est sympa aussi

L’hostel est bien placé et le personnel aimable, cependant nous n’avions pas de clés de chambre privative, pas de savon et shampooing, on nous annonce un petit dej à partir de 7h mais il n’y avait personne debout. Les affaires de la laundry sont revenues pliées mais encore imbibées d’eau et avec de nouvelles tâches sur certains tee shirt. L’hostel est dur à trouver car derrière un bar et le nom n’est pas affiché sur la devanture.

Hostel was okay and also social. However big minus was that there are no lockers and the bathrooms are sometimes not very clean (for instance no toilet part replaced etc.) Nice host though!

Beds cosy, rooms and bathrooms tidy. Place was pretty quiet while I stayed I even had the dorm to myself. In the middle of phong nha so plenty of restaurants around.

The staff here was super helpful. They helped us rent a scooter and gave good recommendations. They were also very friendly and always asked about your day. However, maybe not the most social hostel out there. Though I really enjoyed my stay in phong nha

We stayed two nights and it was one of the best hostels we have stayed at during our time in Vietnam. A special mention to Du who helped me rent a moped and also offered to book our bus to Hue. Would 100% recommend to any backpackers

Great hostel. Pool table and table football available. Amazing staff, very friendly and will help you book any activities like the cave tours. Clean comfortable rooms. Good bar which brings people in so very sociable.

Really enjoyed staying at Homie Home ended up extending two extra nights. the rooms were quiet. Lively atmosphere at the bar on the first floor which is great for meeting people. Zu helped me organize an incredible cave tour and made sure everyone is well taken care of. Would stay here again my next time in Phong Nha.

the best staff possible, nice atmosphere, at the evenings you will always see lot of people gather here. the staff were really incredible and helped way more than I could have asked for.

I enjoyed my stay here Du is a great host and will help you with any information needed, my room was spot on and clean, also a lively hostel but you can’t really hear it from your room if want an early night.

Du was a great host. Welcomed us in the late hours of the night and helped give us recommendations for the following morning. Also let us use the facilities even past checkout. Really appreciate his hospitality!

10/10 hostel! Du was an amazing host, he welcomed me from when I first booked and went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing experience in Phong Nha and onto my next destination to Hoi An. I have stayed in many hotels, homestays and hostels all over Vietnam/SEA and this ranks at the top for overall experience. The bar is open late and has great music and energy, and I couldn’t even hear the noise when I went to bed early one night. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Phong Nha...

Awesome hostel, staff were all fun and nice to be around especially at the bar. We got recommended the rucmon adventure day trip by the staff which was incredible. Only downside was the showers were cold but not a big deal. Overall great hostel would go back!

Top top hostel! Liveliest place in phong nha, Du and the rest of the staff were very friendly and a great laugh! The cave experiences they offered were a lot of fun and great value. They also booked the outward bus for us and it turned out half the price of 12go. Thanks for the memories!!
